When Jono woke up at seven in the morning the next day, he felt pain all over his body before fully waking up. Then he sat in a meditative posture and performed the breathing technique. Thirty minutes later, his body's pain began to subside. He continued the breathing technique for another hour.
Jono felt his body had become very strong after doing the breathing technique, and he felt he was at the peak of his strength before the breakthrough to the first stage of the first phase. This made him very happy. He was finally one step closer to reaching the first stage of the first phase.
"My body feels stronger than yesterday."
"One more step and I'll be on the first stage," he exclaimed, moving his body.
Jono then got out of the mattress and went to the bathroom to take a shower because, at this point, his body odor was unbearable. After taking a shower, he wore a black shirt and trousers and carried a bag on his back.
He stood in front of the mirror, adjusting his hairstyle and clothing. After completing all the parts he considers nice and neat, he wears his smartwatch on his left wrist.
"All right, time to go," he said excitedly.
This morning he planned to go to the Commerce and Business District again. Before leaving, he read some trending news today. There was no news that interested him today. Most news only talks about the lives of influential people and other political events.
"There is no interesting news today, as is customary."
"Political news is rampant," he muttered while wearing black shoes with white bottoms.
At nine in the morning, Jono left for the Commerce and Business District by public transport bus. Arriving at the Commerce and Business District, he immediately walked towards the Bolo Beast Market shop. Along the way, he saw many children and teenagers his age playing with their super abilities, many of them even looking very strong.
"It's possible that they are already at the second stage, maybe even the third stage or higher," Jono reflected, feeling a little remorseful as he looked around at the people his age who appeared much stronger than him.
"If only I'd been practicing hard in the past, maybe I'd be in the second or third stage now; I need to train harder from now," he told himself to cheer himself up despite knowing it was nearly impossible. Maybe he can if he gets help from his grandfather in mastering his super abilities.
"Grandpa only left a lot of money but didn't leave any important information about my super ability," he muttered while exhaling a frustrated breath.
When Jono arrived at the Bolo Beast Market, he immediately walked around the first floor and started selecting some of the beasts he needed. He chose three beasts, of which three are beasts that have the element type of gravity.
After selecting the three beasts, Jono immediately paid for his groceries, after which he went straight to his apartment. He didn't want to waste any more time because he wanted to training and reveal the full capability of his super ability.
When he arrived at the apartment, Jono did not go straight to where he lived but instead waited in front of the apartment building. After the grocery package arrived, he took the beast package to where he lived and placed it in his mini gym. He opened the three packages and read again the description of the beast he had bought.
"Hopefully, these three beasts are enough to awaken my ape puppet super ability," he said, grinning.
"When I mention the word 'my ape', it sounds very strange."
"In the future, I will name my puppets," he muttered as he examined the three beast cages he had purchased.

Jono took his dagger and began to open one of the beast cages after ensuring that the beast he had purchased was correct and still alive. The first beast he chose was the squirrel hopper. This squirrel was the same one he had purchased the day before.
"We meet again, hey jumping squirrel, you are very cute, hehe kidding," said Jono while holding his dagger.
He slashed the squirrel as soon as the cage opened. The squirrel collapsed and died in the cage after more than two slashes.
He then started controlling the ape puppet and directed it into the cage, where it began to absorb magic energy from the squirrel. As he expected, now the ape puppet can absorb the magic energy from the squirrel-shaped beast.
"So greedy, even the corpse was absorbed," he muttered, shaking his head and smiling slightly.
After absorbing the magic energy from the squirrel and the corpse, Jono then started to control his ape puppet again and experimented with various moves. After several movements, he directing the ape to the front of his body, then observed what changes had occurred to his ape puppet.
The ape puppet's body now resembles that of the real ape beast, though some of the ape's movements remain stiff. His gaze then moved to another cage, not wanting to waste any more time. With his Sribit dagger in hand, he approached the cage.
The cage contains a beast in the form of a black hedgehog. This hedgehog measures approximately 35 cm long and has blackthorns up to 20 cm long on his back.
For this beast, Jono is more careful. Even though the hedgehog is tied and wrapped so that it cannot shoot its thorns, he is worried that something bad will happen. While slowly opening the cage door at the top, he also aimed his dagger toward the hedgehog's body.
Before the cage door was fully opened, the hedgehog moved and startled him. Then he spontaneously stabbed the hedgehog and slashed the beast quickly. Many stabs and slashes were missed because he was already frightened and shocked. No one knows how many stabs and cuts the hedgehog took until the hedgehog started to run out of breath and die.
"You finally died!" exclaimed Jono, panting.
"I have to practice handling more beasts from now on, or else I'll have a heart attack before I get physically injured," he said, his brow furrowed slightly.
After calming himself down, he immediately controlled his bird to absorb the magic energy from the hedgehog-shaped beast.
"Looks like my ape puppet can only absorb beasts that have gravity element type," said Jono while massaging his head.
"As I expected, the bamen used to make puppets had something to do with the type of beast required to absorb energy and its carcass," he said, slightly frowning.
After absorbing all the magic energy and the hedgehog's carcass, the ape controlled by him began to tighten its limbs and lower its head, and the ape's body became round and began to emit light.
"Will it evolve and awaken its special ability?" He wondered fervently.
A few minutes later, the ball-shaped light began to fade and was replaced by a dark-colored ape the size of 35 cm tall. The ape puppet resembled a mix between an ape and an orangutan. Like any other ape beast, the ape's eyes were looking alive. The ape no longer resembled an ape puppet, but rather a puppet in the form of a real-life ape beast.
Jono then began to control the ape, and then the ape began to move around the gym. What surprised him was that the ape was now moving exactly like apes in the wild, not looking stiff at all.
"Wow, wow, and wow! Hehe, that's pretty cool," He said cheerfully.
Jono then experimented with various things while controlling the ape. He was overjoyed with the outcome. He then attempted to move the ape further. The outcome was somewhat disappointing because the ape's movement distance remained the same, which was approximately five meters from him.
Before he finished his ape-control experiment, his mind unconsciously connected with the ape's mind or consciousness, and he immediately closed his eyes. Even though he had closed his eyes, he was taken aback. He could now see the surrounding situation through the eyes of an ape.
Not only that, but Jono also felt that in his mind he had a foreign super ability that he didn't know about yet. He then activated the skill of this super ability, and the ape he controlled roared loudly and caused the gravitational field around the ape to increase. This surprise him. Before he could further explore this ability, he ran out of magic energy and regained consciousness in his own body.
The ape puppet evokes the super ability to control gravity. This super ability belongs to the elemental control type. Jono's ape puppet has also awakened its first innate skill, the gravitational field.
