Chapter 273 - Death horde 2.

Among all the hordes Nate has, his lesser zombies or to say his death control horde were the ones that share the most bond with Nate.

Their loyalty has been confirmed by the system a hundred percent. It's not like his other horde doesn't have any strong bond with Nate, but the lesser zombie's own was special.

For instance, the initiated hordes could at any point in time decide to go against Nate but that will only happen once Nate tries to do something that in a way was hurting the other mentally, this could even trigger them to see Nate as a hostile depending on what Nate actually did.

As for the infected zombies, their chances of going against Nate were pretty low. This is because Nate also has a special bond with them since they are his fellow zombies. The zombies can only fail to listen to Nate when they are seeking food but once one was provided they will do back to becoming loyal to Nate again.

However, the lesser zombie relationship with Nate was so strong that it felt like they are now part of Nate's limb and will forever attach to his body else they were killed.

Having this strong bond also means they share the same level of power. For example, if Nate's strength point were fifty, the rest of his lesser zombie's strength will be equivalent to that also.

This is also applicable to the other status Nate has. Having once again decided to make use of death control power, an army of over fifty soldiers has been created.

Since it was obvious that the backups have arrived, Nate was quick to prepare himself before using the total control power on Zak.

---

It was already dark with no moon in the sky, and the chopper that was approaching have to use a headlight to look around the area.

"Sir, we saw some of the owner's weaponry down there but no sign of the others," the second pilot of the chopper reported back to a man sitting inside the chopper.

"Is that so? Find a place to land, I will go out to scout this area myself," the man replied.

Just as the man said this, he got a reply from the pilot. "sir, we just saw something... It's Captain Zak," the pilot himself replied.

"Then what are you waiting for, head to him," the man replied.

Meanwhile, Nate now inside Zak's body was standing in the centre of a highway with two guns crossed over his body.

'This is it, there must be a reason why the governments have decided to act and that's what I'm going to find out soon, but for me to accomplish this, I have to pretend to be someone I'm not for the time being,' Nate thought to himself.

To Nate, he was fully prepared for what he was about to do and has everything in order. The only thing he needs now was to try and fit in with Zak's character.

Thankfully, Nate still has some of the brains of the militants their bodies have been damaged beyond repair. Nate has eaten their brain.

Unfortunately for Nate, the information there wasn't something he likes. One was that the few people he ate their brains with were not highly ranked in the military base which means they don't have any delightful information for Nate.

The most information there was all about how Zak has led them from city to city in search of survivors. Regardless, there are a few points Nate has noticed in the memories.

It was the fact that the survivors rescued will be brought back to the base, however, the fishy thing though is that those survivors were never seen again.

It was as if they have escaped from the base but Nate know that wasn't the case since the base was highly secured from anyone breaking in or out without being noticed.

Having seen all this, Nate has come up with an idea to visit the base.

Soon, the chopper landed right in front of Nate though its engine was still on.

Stepping out of the chopper was a single man. The man has a large and muscular physique that was intimidating.

With his long black hair and bears covering his jaw and mouth. He was quite tall about six to five feet off the ground. Dressed in his military clothes the man started to walk over to Nat...zak.

"Seems like you have encountered some trouble here Zak. From the looks of things, you are the only one that survived, what a shame to you," the man said in a mocking tone.

Zak ignored the man and looked at the chopper. "I called for backup, where are they?" Nate knows that he has to play along with the man standing before him to avoid being caught.

"Maybe you should ask the commander when we get back." the man said. As he turned to walk back towards the chopper.

However, before he could turn, Nate glanced at the man's chest and could find his name also written there on a plastic nameplate.

'Knott Pine' was written there.

"Get into the chopper before I change my mind about giving you a ride," Knott said as he stood in front of the door.

Nate didn't know what problem Zak had with Knott but he do not want that to prevent Knott from giving him a ride back to the military base.

Nate quickly hops onto the chopper. Knott followed after him and soon the chopper flew up and disappeared from the other's line of sight.

"Am I the only one that thinks Nate is embarking on a suicide mission like we could have just taken down the chopper with just a bullet from me," Twain said.

"Who cares, not like his life is in danger, you can tell that he is now in disguise. I'm sure those people won't find out," Lyon replied to Twain.

"Regardless, for the main time Nate is out, I will go back to being the overall of this base for the main time," Lyon said puffing his chest.

"I don't think we should sit down doing nothing this time, I'm having this feeling that this Nate will bring more fight to our doorsteps and we need to be prepared for the unknown," Bull suggested and the others agreed with him. In no time, they all went back to training harder than before.

Meanwhile, still, inside the chopper, it was silent except for the noise of the chopper engine and blade.

In a twinkle of an eye, the sun was once again raising and as usual, his morning breakfast was served to him.

Now staying inside another body, Nate never expected to still be able to receive system messages.

'Does it follows my consciousness?' Nate wondered but soon snapped out of it. It was at this moment he decided to look into Zak's power as the journey continues.

[ super vibrant = This power allows its wielder to vibrate its body or any object to a certain degree to create a result.

When vibrating is used on a weapon of any sort, it creates a result of stunning its opponent with force.

When used on oneself, it creates a result of phasing through objects or barriers ]

[Note: this power needs enough stamina and concentration to activate ]

Nate does not know why anytime a skill or power of his based on stamina activates, he will always be glad that he was a zombie and in fact, will want to be a zombie in his next world.

'Stamina is never a problem to me. This means that I can utilize this power far more than Zak could,' Nate thought.

Meanwhile, as he was still thinking, something eventually caught his eye.

"Is this what the base looked like?" Nate asked not knowing how ridiculous he sounds in the presence of Knott.
