"Trygve, are you in there?" Susan asked as she was trying to pull her sword out of the tree's trunk.
Suddenly, two muscular hands popped out from the sides and Trygve's head appeared on the trunk, the face skin had a lush green color and green eyes.
"There is no Trygve here" The head said
"Susan! Get out of there!" Steve screamed but before she could jump out, one of the hands grabbed her by her neck and lifted her up. Though the hand looked like flesh, it was as hard as wood and the grip was so strong that Susan started choking immediately.
"No!" Anna yelled and shot forward with her full speed.
The tree beast seemed to be a match for her speed because it shot out vines in her direction but she dodged them and when she was about to reach Susan, a vine grabbed one of her feet, threw her up and tied her on one of it's branches.
