Saeng answers them in a formal tone, " Eomma, Appa, I can handle myself, you do not need to stress out and worry yourself. Please, give that pet, you are carrying in your hands, so that, I can do a check-up of this pet". This reply by their daughter made them a little sad.
They became silent upon her reply, then she checks up on the pet, and Ryung (neighbor's boy) speaks, " Your daughter is really pretty sir. Saeng ssi, your sincerity, and natural beauty are admirable".
Saeng just hums and thanks him for his compliment with a neutral expression.
Ryung curiously asks her numerous questions about why she is looking so neutral and other things, which didn't cause a crease in her forehead or bothered her, which amazed Si-U and his friends at her patience level.
Ryung offers to take her on a Zoo date which made Saeng's mom and dad speechless and they hit him lightly on his shoulder and warn him lightly to not ask her daughter on a date as he is too young for her besides she is not interested in college boys as they don't understand her, she is not your type, which made Si-U 's friends giggle at that scene.
Si-U is looking at her with an intense gaze and observing her, she remains neutral and continues doing her work and then after their pet check-up, she gives them the visiting card and a thank you note, which made Saeng's parents proud of her considerate efforts.
They looked happy and adored their daughter, and also took photos of the tent and her while working.
Si-U's friends are impressed by her direct and blunt nature, they also decided to help her with this work, Aera asks, " Saeng ssi, If you don't mind, can we help you somehow to make your work easy". Saeng thinks for while and then accepts their help.
They all work together and Saeng also taught them many educational facts which piqued their interest in the anatomy and structure of pets and now they are curious to learn more about the animals.
After a few hours, the check-up session ended, then Saeng's mom and dad sneakily left something on her table while she was talking to Mi-Ok, and Si-U and his friends were playing with their pets and sharing their thoughts about Saeng, and teased Si-U about his and Saeng's meeting like a K-drama.
After that they walk to Mi-Ok and Saeng talking with each other, they stop talking when they came near and Mi-Ok scolds his brother for annoying Saeng, so, Si-U apologizes for it.
Saeng nods saying " It's okay, no need to apologize, you were just in the rush I guess".
Mi-Ok hugs Saeng and tells her " You are the best veteran for me, Wanja is so fond of you and maximum pets feel safe when you treat them, you have magic touch I guess".
Saeng ruffles Wanja's fur and says, " He is habituated to me, maybe that's the reason".
Kwang asks her, " Where did you study the veteran doctor course?".
Saeng speaks, " I studied at Daejeon University".
Mi-Ok praises Saeng by saying that " She is quite a genius in science and she loves to read textbooks and articles, she also runs a singing center where she teaches singing to people irrespective of age and gender, and that too at an affordable amount. She has a good singing voice as I have heard her singing during our college times, now due to being quite busy, we were unable to visit her singing center".
Mi-Ok insists Saeng sing a song but she refuses continuously then Si-U's friends also try to convince her. She sighs and finally agrees, clears her throat and she starts to sing a beautiful Korean song, which was quite pleasant to the people around.
They gathered around her, she was just singing so smoothly but Si-U felt that everything is there in the voice but it lacks emotion, still, he is fascinated by her voice.
Saeng's parents recognize her voice and go near the crowd and felt pleasant listening to her singing voice, so they recorded her in a video. They felt good that their daughter has still not left singing like in childhood times when she used to sing Korean songs before bedtime.
They note the singing center's address in their mind when she was giving her address information to Aera. Saeng's parents decide to visit her center sometime.
After 30 minutes, the crowd vanishes and the veteran doctors already left the tent.
Saeng's parents had already left, and Mi-Ok and U-ram also went back home but Si-U and his friends are helping Saeng to help her pack up the essential things from the tent, she thanked them for their help.
Then afterward, Si-U gets injured because of a dog bite, he cries in pain as his injury is in the same injured leg.
His friends take him to Saeng and request her to help them in taking him to a hospital.
She refuses and says, " Make him lay on this bed, I will treat him". But there are confused as to how would she treat him through pet medical items, she assures them that she also has knowledge about basic human injury treatment, so they didn't need to worry.
She asks them to be present beside their friend as it may give him emotional support by giving a psychological reason.
They stand beside their friend and Saeng asks him to fold his pants up to the knee, he does that feeling a little flushed, she observes the leg injury caused by the alligator's bite mark scar upon his leg, she traced the mark, which sends shivers on his body upon her touch.
Saeng was just trying to observe the injury and analyze it, she also sees the bleeding portion where some pet bite marks are present on the same dried wounds.
She treats the wound with a soft touch of her hands, which made him feel at ease and the pain lessens to a tolerable measure, meanwhile, he is busy staring at her at some point, observing her face, mostly her thick black patches which are shaped like wings, made him wonder whether that is real or just makeup.
Then he observes closely those patches, which seem real and he feels those patches add beauty to her face.
While he is busy admiring her, his friends notice his behavior and giggle softly and Aera whispers in his ear, " Good work, Continue observing every detail on her face, artist".
His cheeks blush upon Aera's comment, then Dae-jung asks, " Why there is no redness either in your cheeks, palms, or lips? That is odd, Saeng gives them the reason that it is like this since her birth.
After that, his friends go to the main street to look for taxis so that they can take Si-U and also drop Saeng back at their respective homes.
Saeng and Si-U are alone in that tent, Saeng is staring at the evening sky watching the clouds pass by with a neutral expression but Si-U notices a hint of hidden admiration in her eyes, which can't be observed by unfocused eyes.
He smiles at her admiring look and finds it cute, then he notices an insect flying around him, and it scared him, suddenly he jumps and runs fast here and there and lastly crashes at Saeng's back, which made him stumble but Saeng held him firmly.
For the first time, she had a shocked look in her eyes due to his sudden closeness, she feels something weird for the first time, and she notices her palm redden for a second, which never happened in her life.
Saeng observes him praying to save him from that insect, she notices the insect and a small hint of a smile makes her lips curve upward slightly, which is quite rare till now, she observes Si-U's face closely and tries to figure out, what caused this in her but finds none.
At that moment Si-U opens his eyes and looks into her eyes, she looked quite shocked, and a hint of confusion reflected in her eyes, gazing into his eyes with concentration.
They both stare at each other for 1 minute then suddenly Saeng becomes neutral again and she helps him stand up.
Si-U also steps back from her, Saeng is neutral but Si-U feels a weird surge of happiness and some fond feelings rising inside his body, whenever he sees Saeng.
Then his friends drop them to their homes and then they also return to their homes.
