Liana bit her lip worrying, "I really didn't mean to, it's just that you have been so distant, the mother is sick & the maids keep their distance from me. There, was no one I could talk to, so I decided to visit the valse... and with time I got so comfortable talking to them"
He sighed holding her hand, " Dont worry after a while the dark energy will disperse from your body and you will return to normal"
"For how long do you mean by a while?" she asked him looking at herself in the mirror.
"A week maybe" Her brows raised and Xavier added, "The more time you spent there the more your body was filled with energy. It going to take a while for it to completely drain itself from you" he said.
"Xavier, I used not to mind my blood-stained red hair or paler skin and eye colour. But HORNS!.... I can't, I just can't...how am I going to walk around looking like this" she cried.
He gazed at her, "If it makes you feel better, I can shift into my demon form. So it's not only you with horns"
Before Liana could say anything, she watched him move back as his body started to change.

"Have you heard about the crown prince's actions?" the king heard one of his ministers ask.
"No, what is it?" he answered.
"The crown prince has been moving around in his demon form, causing chaos in the palace" one answered.
The King sighed sitting back, "And does any of you know the reason why his doing that?"
"I heard a rumour claiming it's because of the half-human," one said.
"A rumour?" the king frowned.
The court fell silent.
"Can we base on a rumour to find out the reason his moving around in his demon form, knowing fully the consequences it will bring?" said the king.
"The rumour says" one minister started but fell silent when the king glanced upon him.
"Continue," the king said.
"The half-blood has been sneaking down to the dungeons," he said.
"And how is that connected with the prince?" asked the king.
"While she foolishly got close to the gate of the damned and now her body is filled with their cold evil energy" he said.
"WHAT?!...." he yelled standing up.
The ministers all bowed down not daring to look up, "then what happened?" he asked.
"The dark energy corrupted her, which led to her growing horns" the other finished.
The King seemed furious, "You all dismissed" he yelled walking away
"Maybe this time he will finally see how that wretch isn't good for the crown prince," the first Minister said
"Careful, the queen might be a demon now but she was once human, it makes it a crime to disrespect her previous kind," the wise one said.
The others sighed watching the king rush off, "Let's hope this doesn't turn into a disaster like the last time"
"You mean the time the prince rebelled and fought the king so he could return to the humans for her?". One asked...
The others nodded," that was the first time I saw his demon form"
"Me too" another added.
"Same here" joined another.
They all chuckled, " The prince has been through a lot cause of her since the day they met in battle till now. Her claws have been deep in him to look elsewhere"
They sighed walking out, "Let's not do anything & sit back and watch for now".
