"So you mean the man am in love with is the son of who exactly?..." she breathed.
"So you had decided to stay oblivious of his background even after knowing nothing was right about him " Gerald laughed.
Liana sighed, "All I wanted was him nothing more I didn't care about his private life cause he seemed to be different from everyone "
"Even after knowing you could call to him anytime you thought about him, or seeing his eyes glow with sharp fangs you still didn't want to know?" Gerald said.
She sat up, "I can say it was scary at first but Xavier made me feel safe and loved so I didn't care about all that as long as he loved me back "
"Should I say your naive, stupid, or just true love? You didn't care what he looked like or who he was as long as you loved each other " Gerald moved back to where she was.
"This happened to you because you have a link to Xavier. So when his body changed it hurt you too. And now that his gone only you can bring him back " he said.
"I have been thinking about him since we started talking but he hasn't appeared. Do you think it still works?" Liana grimaced.
"It's because his far away in a domain you can't reach. You have to try harder or you won't ever see him again " Gerald explained.
Liana felt her body get even weaker, "Never see him again, I can't let that happen " she muttered.
"So do your best cause I want my friend back too "
"Can't you go and bring him, you seem to know where they are " Liana grabbed Gerald's hand.
"I would if I could, his father banished us so I can't go there anymore. Only he can summon me there so I can't help "
Liana felt tears form in her eyes as she called his name.
"Is it my fault, did I do something wrong to make his father take him away " she cried.
"It's not, his father has personal grudges with his son over past events. He had never summoned him since he banished us so this was a first for both of us " Gerald held her hand. "I have to go check at his place or the company in case his back or went there instead. But you should still keep trying " he said walking out.
Lucian and Joy rushed back in finding Liana crying.
"Am sorry sister but we could not help but eavesdrop on your conversation. Is what he said true?" Lucian asked.
Liana not wanting to explain nodded inside.
"That's why he always appeared next to you without us seeing him come in " Joy muttered.
"So what are you going to do now?" Lucian asked.
"Keep trying until I get him back, I don't care if his father is the king of the underworld I need to see Xavier right now " she cried.

A week passed and Liana had failed at getting Xavier back. She was depressed as they left the hospital. Her skin and body had recovered so they discharged her.
"Liana, should I drive you back?" Lucian asked.
"No it's okay, you can head back to the company and my driver will take me home," she said hugging him.
They drove off in silence, Liana looked out her car window with tears in her eyes. She missed him but sadly she had failed at getting him back.
Still, in thought, she didn't notice the car come to a sharp stop the force pushing her to the front. But then it turned to send them flying within the car.
She screamed as shards of glass shattered into her body. The force of the accident knocked her out.
"Liana, Liana " she heard before blacking out.
