Ruby donned a similar tuxedo to Sera's. After that, he made another purchase of a black dress for Muna, and the latter put it on as well.
'Should I wake her? Ruby thought so, but was quickly dismissed.
However, Natasha suddenly clutched his hands.
"I'm awake. You could take me along with you."
"Why do I have the feeling that you were actually sleeping and just woke up just now?" Ruby smiled wryly.
Truth be told, Natasha was fast asleep, but due to her connection with Ruby, she had a feeling he was about to leave.
"Since you're awake, I should also get a dress for you."
He summoned his system and purchased another dress similar to Muna's.
Sometime later—
Ruby, Natasha, Muna, and Sera walked through a set of double glass doors.
"So is this where the Barnard guy stays?" Natasha whispered to Ruby.
After taking a glance around the place, mainly for cameras, Ruby replied, "Yes, this is a casino, and it's one of the biggest in Las Vegas."
Soon, the group approached a nearby table where so many rich folks were staking their money for the next round.
Ruby watched as the men played the card game. He glanced to the side and saw documents neatly arranged.
'I bet those are properties.'
Finding it a bit boring, he strolled to the bar, grabbed some drinks, and gave them to the group, but he gave Muna red wine.
He didn't know why he gave her that, but he didn't care… maybe it was because it was the only thing good for vampires.
He fixed his gaze and watched as the men continued to play their card game. One of the men, a bulky fellow who seemed to have drunk excess alcohol, gritted his teeth as he pushed another card to the middle again.
Sometime later, Ruby asked, "Jav, can you do me a little favor?' Ruby smirked as he glanced at all the men and the cards in their hands.
[«You're not planning something good. I'm right? Let me guess: You want to make me scan the cards?»]
Right off the bat. 'I guess so.' Ruby just smiled because the system had caught him red-handed.
[«I can do that»]
'come on, what's the catch?'
[«Shop points»]
'As expected, anyway; just take it; let's win some dors.'
Ruby called the person in charge of the tables, and without wasting time, he was seated at the same table where the men were already seated.
Sometime later, the card game was finished, and it was time to start another round again.
After making a quick deposit, the man shared the card with everyone at the table, and the card game started.
The guy who won the previous round started staring at Ruby as if he was trying to gauge what was on Ruby's card.
'This fool.' Ruby wasn't a gambler, and this was his first time, and even so, it was because he had guaranteed to win.
The game soon started, and the man soon started placing his card. Ruby watched as the man tried to predict which card he'd drop next.
Unbeknownst to him, Ruby already knew all his cards. Thus, they continued, and within thirty minutes, Ruby had already beaten the man dry. In the end, he got a whopping $900 million.
"Thank you, gentlemen." Ruby made a courtesy greeting as he stood up. The card game was a bit boring, so he wanted to try something else.
Strolling forward, the three walked to another room, which hosted a horse race.
The people inside were placing bets on which horse would come first.
'Jav, is there a way for you to scan the horse as well?' Ruby doubted though because the winning depended on the horse. It's not like he could see the future and reverse it.
[«This is 50/50 Javi, could only give a brief guess at the horses' performance.»]
'I trust you, so just do it.'
Of all the horses, this one looked the weakest. Ruby slightly questioned himself about whether he had made a mistake in asking Javi.
'He is like an all-known entity, so I'll just have to put my hope in it…'
The horse lined up on the track. All the riders were ready, except for the horse on which Ruby placed his bet, who seemed sleepy as he constantly yawned.
'Jav, if I lose my $500 million, you will hear from me!'
[«Hey, remember I told you that this is 50/50, so I'm not sure if my prediction would be right»]
Ruby didn't get the normal confident tone the system always has.
And with a gunshot, all the horses bolted forward, and as expected, the horse on which Ruby had placed a bet lagged behind.
'I guess this is my punishment for depending on a crappy system.'
Ruby signed as he looked away, not wanting to see the horse loose. However, he decided to take a glance, and a smile appeared on his face.
The rider was now more awake as the horse accelerated its pace and, in a blink, quickly darted past the horse ahead of it.
Moving forward, it soon passed another horse again. Within a blink of an eye, the horse was now in third place.
"Haahahahah!" Ruby laughed, but he stopped when he noticed the others in the area staring at him with hatred.
Not minding them, Ruby fixed his gaze on the horse race again and glimpsed his horse going for second place; then, a second later, his horse was in second place.
Natasha and Muna stared at Ruby, who had a grin on his face. Soon, Sera walked close to Ruby and said:
"These horses look delicious; can I take them?"
"Am I hearing things?'
"What did you say?" Ruby veered his gaze from his horse, which was now making it to the first place.
"I said the horses are delicious."
"You want a horse, I'll get you one." The request was bizarre, but Ruby gave an answer anyway and watched his horse, which was now only in hand, reach for the horse in the first place. In an instant, the horse zoomed ahead, taking the lead.

Meanwhile, in a room with several screens showing different footage of the casino, a bald man with an egg-shaped head could be seen sitting and staring at the various screens.
The man had a towering height of 7 feet and had ripped, throbbing muscles, appearing like a bodybuilder. "Hmmm…? This is strange. Just two games, and he had already won all of them in one go! Is this what being lucky means?!"
Bernard Costa, a tire 5 superhuman, muttered to himself as he glared at Ruby's disguised face, which was displayed on the screen.
