The early morning sun cast a warm glow over Pewter City as Haru, filled with curiosity, decided to finally tend to the Pokémon Egg he had received as a reward from the system. With a sense of anticipation, he retrieved the mysterious Egg and examined it closely, only to realize that he couldn't identify the Pokémon inside. Nonetheless, Haru made a silent promise to take good care of it, intrigued by the mystery that lay within.

"Hey System, Why can't I know what Pokemon is inside?"

[ It's a randomizer, Host. The appearance became like that so that you can't identify which Pokemon is that. ]

"Oh, then nevermind then. I'll just take good care of it."

As Haru prepared himself, Kasumi, brimming with determination, readied herself to challenge the Pewter City Gym. She noticed the Pokémon Egg in Haru's possession and couldn't contain her curiosity. She inquired about its origins, and Haru explained that he had received it from an old man just outside the Pokémon Center. Kasumi, while surprised by the encounter, shifted her focus to the more pressing question of what Pokémon would hatch from the Egg and when it would happen. Haru admitted that he didn't know the answers, shrugging off the uncertainty.

"Haru! I'm ready to challenge the Gy- Wait, A Pokemon Egg? How did you get that?" Kasumi, who was energetic and jumping around saw a Pokemon Egg in the arms of Haru and couldn't help to asked where he got that.

"Oh, I received it from a smelly old man just outside the Pokemon Center. He said that it was fated to be mine, So he gave it to me." Haru then pointed 'where he saw the old man' and cleaned the Pokemon Egg.

[ Don't call me a smelly old man ]

Haru ignored the System and Kasumi does not know the System so technically, The System was ignored by the two of them.

[........]

With their questions unanswered, the duo engaged in casual conversation, sharing stories of their journey so far. The anticipation of the upcoming gym battle lingered in the air as they made their way to the nearby café for a hearty breakfast. They fueled their bodies and minds, fortifying themselves for the challenges that awaited.

After breakfast, Haru and Kasumi decided it was time to train and hone their skills before facing the formidable Flint, the Pewter City Gym Leader. They sought out a nearby training spot, engaging in friendly battles and sharpening their strategies. Their Pokémon grew stronger, ready to face the Rock-type Pokémon that awaited them. With newfound confidence, Haru and Kasumi approached the Pewter City Gym, their hearts pounding with excitement.

On their way to the Gym, to their surprise, they encountered an 8-year-old boy with brown hair and naturally closed eyes. The boy wore a distinctive outfit, featuring an orange long-sleeved shirt with black lining over a black v-neck shirt and green pants who was holding a small rattata and let it go because it's healed from injuries.

The kid then looked at Haru and Kasumi, curiosity gleaming in his eyes, and asked if they were there to challenge the Gym. "Hello Big Brother & Big Sister? Are you going to challenge the Gym?"

"Yes, we are going to Challenge the Gym. How did you know?" Haru amusingly said as he knows the kids' identity.

"Well, This is the only way to the Gym and only trainers are supposed to go this way most of the time." The kid quickly said as he looked at the rattata and waved at it.

Haru and Kasumi nodded in affirmation, and the boy revealed that they should follow him because his father was the gym leader. Haru recognized the boy as Brock, one of the main companions of the Main Protagonist Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town. Intrigued by the connection, Haru inquired about the Gym Leader's strength. With a hint of pride in his voice, Brock declared that his father was a formidable trainer who excelled in commanding Rock-type Pokémon, his specialty.

Curiosity piqued, Haru asked Brock about the rules of the Pewter City Gym. The young boy paused, considering Haru's question before replying. "The Gym will explain the rules but since Big Brother asked, I will tell you. The Gym Battle would be a classic one-on-one challenge, with both trainers are only allowed to use two Pokemon. Only the Challenger is allowed to switch Pokemon midway the battle. Whoever Pokemon left with the most Pokemon wins the match." As Brock said that, he knew that his father, Flint, would utilize his expert knowledge of Rock-type Pokémon to test their skills and resolve.

Eager to prove themselves, Haru, Kasumi and Brock talked about a few random things on their way to the Gym. And after a while, they then saw the appearance of the Pewter City Gym. In terms of appearance, the Pewter City Gym has a distinct rock and stone theme, reflecting the Gym's specialization in Rock-type Pokémon.

The exterior of the Pewter City Gym features a sturdy stone structure with large, rock-like columns and walls. The entrance is typically marked by a sign or symbol representing the Gym's affiliation with Rock-type Pokémon. The architecture of the Gym often incorporates rugged and earthy elements, emphasizing the theme of rocks and minerals.

As they followed Brock Inside the Gym, They saw the Battle Area where they would battle the Gym Leader later on. The Gym battlefield itself is typically a solid, rocky surface surrounded by stone walls. The floor may have a distinct pattern, such as a rock texture, to further enhance the rock-themed ambiance. The Gym Leader's podium or platform is usually elevated and situated at the far end of the battlefield. For them, overall, the Pewter City Gym's appearance reflects its focus on Rock-type Pokémon, with its rugged architecture, stone-based designs, and earthy elements giving it a distinct and fitting aesthetic.

As they look around, they saw a man with the same features as Brock, albeit, a mature kind. The man who look-like Brock saw the two of them with his son. Surprised on what he see, He approaches them and looked at both Kasumi and Haru and nodded a few times and said, "Hmm, good, good. Brock, you already found yourself some friends, Your dad is so Happy." and burst into tears.

Haru, Kasumi and Brock: "......."
