Chapter Six
.
Blair Virgo
I heard a snicker and opened my eyes to see him with an amused expression.
What the hell? I thought he was about to kiss me.
"Welcome to Marigold High". He winked at me walking off slowly. "Blair Virgo".
What the hell? Did he just do that to me? I thought he wanted to even kiss me ...
Gosh! He's so annoying.
I try to keep the image of his charming face out of my mind as I found my way to class.
And to think that he's supposed to be the one to show me around.
Zane Charming. What a lousy president.
I got to my class in which few students were already seated. I sighted an empty seat at the middle row and walked there.
I sat down feeling comfortable as I look at the Apple Laptop placed on the desk and the projector in front of the class as well.
👥OMG! Isn't that Blair Virgo?
👥I know right. What is she doing here?
👥I think she goes to our school
👥Damn man! Look at her, she's hot
I smile inwardly ignoring all the comments by my fellow classmates. I placed my bag into the locker table just as I felt someone presence in front of me.
"Hey!!".
I look up to see a thin, tall girl who probably is a model dressed in all pink and her outfit was so tight for her.
"What do you want, barbie?". I asked her dryly.
👥What the ... ? Did she just call Rebecca barbie?
Wait. Rebecca?
I stare at the girl again and realization hit me in the head. She's Rebecca Noris, one of the top-earning models in Florida.
Too bad, I hate her already.
"Get off my seat, you freaking bitch!". She yell stomping her hand on the desk.
"There are probably other seats around here, so get yourself one and stop being so stupid".
"Did you just call me stupid?".
"Well you looked like it!".
"Look here, you freaking bitch. You are on my seat!".
"Is that the only word you can say?". I ask sitting even more comfortably. "Barbie?".
She frowned and reached for my hair to grab it but I quickly held her hand pushing her backwards.
"Don't you ever try that". I said standing up to face her. "You don't wanna try me".
"Why? 'Cause your stinking father is the governor?".
"One more word from you and I'm gonna pluck those eyelashes out, barbie doll".
"You wouldn't dare!". She said retreating backwards.
"I'm Blair Virgo and thats what I do. Now be a darling and go find another seat".
"You don't control me!".
"I don't need to!". I sat back. "But forget about this seat, its mine now, Rebecca".
She wanted to come towards me and then yelled before stomping out of the class. I roll my eyes relaxing on my new seat.
"Okay, I loved that".
I look sideways to see a girl dressed in a halter top neck and a flowery skirt smiling at me.
"Thanks". I replied feeling a little bashful.
"Someone needed to put Rebecca in her place, that girl thinks she's somebody".
I chuckle looking at her. "I like you already, I'm Blair Virgo. Maybe we can be friends".
"Sure, I've been hanging around boys my entire life and besides most of the girls in this school only want to be friends with me because of my brother".
"You are?".
"Chicago Charming. Nice to meet you".

Zane Charming
"I can't believe that snotty bitch is now here attending Marigold ". I said angrily as I stabbed my peas with the fork.
"She might be a bitch but she doesn't look so bad if I might say !".
I glared at him. "Arthur! You are supposed to be on my side!".
"And I am on your side, dude!".
"Then stop complimenting her. That bitch sabotaged my party, ruining it completely".
"But you gotta admit it, Zane. She's hot".
"Arthur!!". I warned him.
"Sorry, sorry". He apologized. "But I can't take back my word on that".
"Just shut the fuck up!".
He raised his hands in surrender as I face my lunch still angry about what that Blair did at my party.
"Looks like Chic got a new friend".
"Will you stop calling my sister that?".
He pointed behind me in response and I look back just as Chicago stride in with Blair.
I noticed the whole cafeteria was watching as well, some taking pictures of Blair.
Okay. What the heck is this?! Is she some kind of celebrity or what?!
Fine. Her Dad is a governor. But still ...
"Okay, come on, dawg. You wanna say that Blair isn't beautiful?".
I roll my eyes ignoring him and watched as Chicago came over to the table bringing along Blair with her.
"Hi, Zane". She smiled mischievously.
"You are not sitting here". I told her harshly.
"Zane!". Chicago spoke up. "Blair is my friend and I invited her over to sit with me".
"Well she's not sitting here, Zeya. How about that?".
"What?".
"Hey! Chicago, don't get so worked up over him! Its fine, I'll just sit somewhere else". Blair said walking away.
Good. She should better walk away. I don't want her anywhere near me at all.
"Okay, that was rude". Chicago faced me looking annoyed. "You just made me lose my new friend".
"Next time, try making friends with more sensible brains not lousy ones".
"You are the one who's lousy". She replied sitting next to Arthur.
I frowned. "Well thank you the amazing compliment, Zeya".
"You are welcome, Zane".
"I wonder why we had to have peas for lunch". Arthur said trying to distract us.
"You don't even let me do anything, I have a new friend and you just chased her away, just like you always chase away every boy I like".
I rolled my eyes. "Get a grip, Chicago. You don't want to be friends with Blair, trust me, she's so pompous".
"And you are not? Oh wow, kettle calling charcoal black".
"Zane chases every boy you like?". Arthur asks as if just realizing that statement.
"Yeah, I do. Why?". I glare at him. "Are you one of those boys?".
He glanced at Chicago before shaking his head muttering something unintelligible. I noticed the look Chicago was passing at Arthur as he nodded slowly.
"Alright, I've had enough. Whats up with the two of you?". I asked getting irritated by their recent closeness.
Arthur was about to say something when there was a shriek and then I looked over there to see Blair bullying Rebecca.
Seriously? How is that even possible? She just came today! Gosh! That girl is really a real badass.

Blair Virgo
I sat on one of the empty seats in the cafeteria feeling rejected with what Zane did.
Ugh! No one has ever made me feel so unwanted before. Who the heck does he think he is ?
Chicago is way more nicer than him.
I glance at them from where I was sitting and noticed they were actually in a heated conversation.
Hm. Must be because of me.
I sigh and stood up about to go the lunch lady to order my food when a group of girls stride by me whispering to themselves.
"Ouch!". I mutter as one of them stepped on me as they walked past.
I paused and realized the girl in the middle was Rebecca. I watched as she sat with her minions while they laughed about what she did.
Jeez! This girl doesn't know who the fuck she's messing with.
She looked at me and turned back to her minions whispering thing again while they burst into echoing laughs together making my blood boil in anger.
Okay! Thats it! I've had enough! I can't take it anymore.
I went over to them and slammed my palm on their attracting attention to myself.
"And what are you doing here?". Rebecca asked with an eye-roll.
"Trying to teach you a lesson, barbie doll".
"What are you ... ".
I immediately grab a fistful of her hair using it to slam her head onto the table. Her three friends gasped as they stood up afraid.
I raise Rebecca's head off the table and then pushed her onto floor harshly making sure to get her injured.
"You freaking bitch!". She cussed trying to get up.
"Seems like thats the only word, you know, huh?". I twisted her ankle and she cried out in pain. "One piece of advice, barbie. I'm not a bitch!".
I could hear pictures being taken and then I realized that people were actually watching us.
A hand wrapped around my waist drawing me back as I let go of Rebecca leaning into whoever was holding me.
"Badass, much?".
I paused on hearing that voice and turned to come face to face with Zane Charming.
"Its your first day of school and you are already causing much trouble just like you did at my party".
I roll my eyes stepping away from him and made to go hit Rebecca again when he grabbed hold of my arm leading me out of the cafeteria.
"What the heck?! Zane! Let me go". I yanked my arm away once we got out.
"What did you think you were doing back then? Blair, you don't attack a student that way here at Marigold".
"You don't tell me what to do".
"I'm the school's president".
"She called me a freaking bitch. No one is allowed to call me that!". I said angrily.
"Wow. Pompous, much? For a beautiful girl like you, you are too proud, Blair Virgo".
Wait. Did he just call me beautiful?
I look up at him to see him staring at my lips and somehow, the image of morning earlier flashed through my mind.
Maybe I should repay him back.
"So you think I'm pompous?". I asked him moving closer.
"Uhh ... ". He stepped back. "Maybe".
"Well you could teach me to be more polite, you know".
Zane gulped nervously and I trailed my fingers down his arm loving the fact that I have this much effect on him as well.
I drew my face close to him with both our noses almost touching and his soft pastel blue eyes became more clearer.
He closed his eyes with his lips parting slightly in harsh pants while I smiled.
He was really expecting me to kiss him, just like I had expected him to kiss me too.
Well too bad, he's not getting a kiss.
I stepped away from him bursting into laughter and he opened his eyes with his facial expression turning to confusion and then disappointment.
"Two can play this game, Zane Charming". I said winking at him walking off.
