"Javin, listen to me first," Forth said. "I have to explain to you what happened. What you saw was not what you thought."
Javin smiled sweetly. "Just what do you think I was thinking, Phi?"
Forth looked at Javin with a feeling of confusion. He didn't like situations like this. Javin acted as if nothing had happened, even though he saw with his own eyes and head when Forth and Melanie kissed.
At that time Javin was just stunned in the doorway, while Forth quickly released his kiss and hug to Melanie and looked at Javin in surprise.
Javin just smiled, said, "Sorry, I didn't know," then closed the door again.
Forth told Melanie to go home, although at first the girl refused, but in the end she left with an annoyed face.
