Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

In the feared halls of Raymond High School in South Mumbai, Veer felt a creeping dread. He'd received a chilling summons.

Hidden behind the school walls, away from authority, was the dreaded meeting place.

It was whispered about as the haunt of three malevolent bullies, infamous for their cruelty, and feared by all.

Veer hesitated as he approached this dreaded spot.

The air was thick with cigarette smoke and anxiety.

He hoped the bell would save him from the looming confrontation, but time was against him.

Among the bullies, a predatory gaze locked onto Veer's.

A jeering voice, dripping with malice, split the air like a whip's crack.

"Why the delay, four eyes?" Fear silenced Veer, and the bully demanded to know where he had been.

In the vice of terror, Veer's voice emerged in a stammering plea.

"I was in my club," he stuttered, a fragile attempt at justification.

Yet, his words were swallowed by the mocking chorus of disbelief that emanated from the bullies.

Laughter, edged with cruelty, echoed like a malevolent symphony.

"You don't need a club," the bullies taunted. A particularly malicious member of the group, Pankaj, took it upon himself to concoct a twisted jest.

"Let's start a club, shall we? 'Beating Up the Four Eyes'!" all of them responded with mocking laughter.

Laughter turned into violence as Rohit kicked Veer to the ground.

The other bullies joined in, delivering a merciless storm of blows.

Bruised and battered, Veer lay ensnared in a nightmare of agony, his body a testament to the unforgiving reality that he faced.

In the early tapestry of the 20th century, a haunting symphony of chaos unfurled across the Country.

Many Evil Syndicates, like Gangs, marauding specters, cast their ominous shadows over the nation, leaving behind a trail of desolation and fear.

They were like relentless tempests, their appetite for power and control insatiable, even if it meant staining their hands with the blood of the innocent, even if it meant claiming dominion over entire neighborhoods.

The very fabric of society seemed frayed, as the foundations of safety crumbled beneath the onslaught.

The police force, once a bulwark against anarchy, found itself outmatched and outnumbered, helpless before the onslaught of crime.

The streets, once bustling with life, were now ruled by fear and trepidation.

Chaos reigned, a malevolent puppeteer controlling the dance of destruction.

But amid this grim tableau, a glimmer of hope broke through the darkness.

DEEDS, an organization born from the crucible of necessity, emerged like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Backed by both the government and the collective will of the people, DEEDS bore the weight of a nation's hope on its shoulders.

It was a private entity, but its mission was one of public service, a bastion of hope in the face of despair.

DEEDS officers, these beacons of valor, were not ordinary.

They were warriors forged in the crucible of training, armed not just with weapons but with a steadfast determination to restore the scales of justice.

DEEDS officers were an elite cadre, a force assembled based on skill and experience, ranked from 1 to 7 stars.

The stars not only marked their standing but determined their teams and resources—higher ranking, better team, larger budget.

DEEDS—Division for Eradicating Extortion, Drugs, and Syndicates—was more than just an organization; it was a symbol of the unwavering human spirit.

Their resolve was as unyielding as the criminals they pursued. Fueled by a fervent desire to bring an end to the reign of terror, they patrolled the shadowed alleyways and labyrinthine byways, striking fear into the hearts of those who once reveled in darkness.

With each operation, each step taken towards justice, DEEDS chipped away at the foundations of criminal dominance.

Their relentless pursuit bore fruit, and the once tumultuous streets began to find their peace.

The symphony of chaos, once cacophonous, slowly transformed into a better place from before but still its still far from over.

In the dimly lit classroom, amidst the chatter of young minds and the rustling of notebooks, the teacher's inquiry hung in the air like a challenge.

The question echoed through the room, reaching every corner and crevice. "Who among you," the teacher inquired, "aspires to become a DEEDS officer?"

A sea of hands rose in response, each student reaching for the promise of distinction and honor. Among them sat Veer, his hand poised hesitantly, his eyes fixed on the floor.

The scars of past taunts and humiliations had etched themselves into his psyche, shaping his demeanor into one of timidity and uncertainty.

He yearned to raise his hand, to partake in the collective dream of valor, but the weight of self-doubt held him back.

His hesitation did not go unnoticed. Rohit, seated behind him, seized the opportunity to puncture Veer's fragile facade.

A muffled laugh came from the shadows, making Veer doubt himself even more.

But the teacher's voice, laced with wisdom, rekindled the spark of hope within the classroom.

"Becoming a top DEEDS officer," she intoned, "is a journey paved with diligence and perseverance."

"If you want to follow his path, you have to be like him"

Dante, the embodiment of courage and acumen, was spoken of in hushed tones, a paragon of brilliance that captivated every aspiring officer's imagination.

He was the highest ranking DEEDS Officer. The living legend in this world.

Veer Shah, an 18-year-old young man, possesses a striking appearance with his unruly hair, distinctive fashion sense, and glasses.

Unfortunately, these unique traits, combined with his fair complexion, subject him to relentless bullying within the confines of his school.

The relentless cycle of torment that plagued Veer's existence seemed never-ending.

Despite the overwhelming odds stacked against him, Veer's spirit refused to shatter.

His grades faltered, but his insatiable thirst for knowledge remained unquenched.

With an iron grip, he clung to his dreams, envisioning a future where he would finally break free from the suffocating shadows and become a DEEDS Officer.

As the lunch break arrived, Veer unwittingly became the target, a mere pawn in a merciless game orchestrated by unseen hands.

Even in the supposedly in physical education, the torment showed no mercy. Like vultures circling their prey, the bullies swooped in for yet another heartless assault.

They had transformed his existence into their personal playground, making it their twisted mission to sculpt his life into an unending nightmare.

As the chimes of the bells marked the end of the day, a collective sigh seemed to fill the air.

Backpacks slung over shoulders, students streamed out, leaving the school behind.

But Veer remained, an afterthought in the vast expanse of the deserted halls.

In the sanctuary of the restroom, he waited, as he often did.

It was a strategic retreat, a tactical maneuver to evade the cruel camaraderie of the bullies that awaited him at the school's gate.

Walking the path homeward, Veer ventured into the heart of the bustling market, where the rhythm of commerce reverberated.

Amidst the vibrant chaos, a gathering drew his gaze.

He lingered at the edge, concealed by the crowd, his heartbeat in sync with the tremors of unease upon spotting those same bullies from school.

They always hang around the city like thugs. Their attention hadn't yet settled on him, providence offering a fleeting reprieve.

With an urgency fueled by desperation, Veer dissolved into the huge crowd, a chameleon fading into the landscape.

Each step carried him further from their reach. Advancing cautiously, ahead he discovered a surge of police presence patrolling the alleyways.

Everyone was curious about what was happening, and Veer was no exception.

He couldn't help but wonder what could be so important that it required such a heavy police presence.

Then suddenly, a man emerged from the crowd, tall and handsome, dressed in a dark blue coat with a 7-star emblem on his shoulder.

The uniform which was known to everyone.

The crowd fell silent as they recognized him, and no one dared to speak or touch him.

The man passed by Veer's side, and Veer looked up at him in shock.

It was none other than the highest-ranking DEEDS officer... Dante!

.....also known as Demon of the Law!

Veer's heart raced as he realized the gravity of the situation.

Dante was a mysterious and scary figure who even the toughest people feared.

He was incredibly smart and known all over the world for his intelligence.

But there was a dark side to him – he was also renowned as the cruelest soul to walk the Earth.

His cruelty was not just famous; it was like a part of the world itself.

Nobody dared to go against him, and just saying his name made even the toughest gangs tremble.

Dante's reputation hung over the underworld like a ghostly presence that nobody could escape.

The ranks of policemen, once bustling with activity, came to a standstill as they turned their attention toward him.

People stopped what they were doing and saluted him.

Even in the middle of a busy place, his presence commanded attention.

Someone reported, "Sir, gangs have taken control of the whole alley."

Despite the odds, Dante walked forward with determination. But not everyone felt as confident. A concerned officer said,

"Sir, it's too dangerous to go alone."

Dante's gaze turned upon the concerned officer, his response, cool and collected,

"Alone? Who said I am alone?"

Everyone was shocked as they saw no one passing through their.

With unwavering confidence, Dante headed towards the alley.

In the heart of the alley, a fierce battle was about to begin.

On the rooftops, there were men wearing masks and carrying guns.

The symbols on their masks revealed their gang affiliation. They belonged to the infamous Decax Gang.

A gang member saw someone approaching and was filled with both shock and fear. He took off his mask and trembled in fright.

"We're done for, it's all over!" he exclaimed.

Another man asked urgently, "What's going on? Which gang is it?"

The trembling guy replied with fear in his voice, "It's worse than any gang.

"It's Dante!"

His name sent shivers down their spines.

As the news of Dante's arrival spread among the gang members, their tough façade started to crack.

Fear spread among them, knowing they were about to face 'The Demon of the Law'.

The gang members got in touch with their boss urgently.

"Boss, we've got a big issue."

"What is it?" the boss demanded.

"The DEEDS are here!"

The boss had just one question, "Which division?"

"Division 7," came the reply.

He shouted in frustration, "Why? Why Division 7? Why them?!"

But soon, he calmed himself down and began to analyze the situation carefully.

Their control was at risk, and their empire was on the edge of falling apart.

In this desperate situation, the boss made a terrifying decision.

He quietly ordered his gang to shoot Dante before he could ruin their plans.

Seven gang members stood up, aimed their guns at Dante, and were ready to pull the trigger.
