Dante's curiosity pulled at him like a relentless force, urging him to venture further into the mysterious tunnel.

He had no idea where this underground passage might lead, but a strong inner impulse compelled him to keep moving.

The gang leader, who was fleeing through the tunnel, existed from a gate.

Despite the darkness, Dante pressed on, determined to catch the wounded gang leader. The boss's injured leg slowed him down, and Dante was gaining ground with each passing moment.

With a sickening thud, he collided with a colossal cargo container, his body crumpling against its unyielding metal surface.

From the depths of the darkness emerged a shadowy figure, cloaked in mystery.

As this enigmatic presence took shape, it sent shivers down the gang leader's spine.

He was startled but also strangely relieved.

The figure wore a pitch-black mask that hid their identity completely.

The gang leader, bewildered and somewhat emboldened, approached the enigmatic figure with a mix of doubt and curiosity.

His voice trembled as he questioned

"You assured us he wouldn't be armed! Why then, does he carried guns?" he shouts

"he took down my half of the mens, by just two small handguns!"

In response, the enigmatic man remained unflinchingly composed, his voice carrying an air of unwavering confidence as he explained

"even he did not have any firearms, their feeble efforts would never prove sufficient to eliminate Dante."

The gang leader, angered, demanded answers,

"Were my men just pawns to you?"

Without hesitation, the enigmatic figure grabbed a screwdriver and swiftly ended the gang leader's life.

Slowly, Dante started to deal with the men sent to hunt him down.

His injuries made it hard to fight, but he pushed through.

One by one he killed them with just his knife from left hand.

In a desperate act of defiance, he threw the gritty particles at his adversaries, blinding them temporarily.

In that brief moment of confusion, Dante used the opportunity to escape, disappearing into the night, leaving behind a trail of mystery and unanswered questions.

Filled with disappointment and despair, Dante sprinted away, questioning how he had ended up in this dire situation.

"How had it come to this?"

He had already figured out the true identity of the mysterious figure, who was none other than Raj Malhotra,

A five-star officer consumed by jealousy over Dante's promotion to a seven-star officer.

The leaders of two rival gangs, were on the verge of unleashing their henchmen to pursue Dante.

With a calm, steady tone that sent shivers down their spines, the mysterious man said,

"There's no need to send your men after him."

He continued, his voice a sinister whisper,

"Even if he managed to escape from here, he would still die due to loss of blood."

A chilling smile played on his lips as he looked at the confused gang leaders.

"Let him feel the pain for a little while longer,"

he added, his eyes gleaming with malevolence.

"I want him to struggle."

Dante found himself trapped in a private shipyard, surrounded by a swarm of over a hundred men.

The network had been jammed, leaving him unable to communicate with his team.

Dante struggled to breathe as he stumbled through the area.

He was keenly aware that his life was hanging by a thread, his body bleeding heavily, yet he strangely accepted his impending death.

His vision blurred, and his steps grew unsteady as he wandered aimlessly, feeling like a ghost in this cruel urban wasteland.

Each heartbeat seemed to echo his own mortality. In this disorienting moment of weakness, he heard the distant hum of an approaching vehicle.

Desperation clawed at him, but his drained body refused to respond.

His limbs felt heavy, and he teetered on the brink of unconsciousness. The world around him spun in a haze of pain and exhaustion.

Then, like a guiding light, the headlights of a vehicle cut through the fog of Dante's fading consciousness.

The blinding light showed him in a gruesome state, covered in blood, as the vehicle approached, its engine growling like a beast.

As the lifeless Veer ascended the bridge, a sense of desperation consumed him.

He had reached his breaking point. Gazing at his shattered glasses, he felt worthless, unable to protect a simple pair of spectacles.

With a heavy heart, he whispered, "I am sorry, Dad. I am sorry, Sis. I am sorry, Mom."

The weight of the world seemed to rest upon his

shoulders as he slowly made his way up the bridge.

In that moment, a profound surrender overcame him.

The world around him faded into insignificance as he prepared to take a leap of faith.
