"Angelica?"
"Huh?"
A white-haired beauty was lying in the bed.
"What are you guys doing here?"
"What are you doing here? This is my room?"
"But the king told me this is where I'll be staying."
"…"
Somewhere around the castle.
'Oh, yeah. I forgot to tell Kane about that one girl. I thought she was one of his wives so I gave him the liberty of having the same room. Damn, that lucky bastard.'
'Richard definitely did this. He probably thought Angelica is my girlfriend or something sigh*.'
"It's fine. I'll go sleep on the couch. You three can share the bed."
Kane walked toward the two girls and sat next to them.
"Sorry, but do you guys mind sleeping in the bed? I'm pretty tired today and sleep is the one thing I need right now."
The two girls reluctantly agreed and went to the bed.
'Ugh, why does she have to ruin everything? Now I can't even cuddle with him!'
Angelica was still dazed but agreed in letting them stay in bed.
There's plenty of space to actually accommodate all of them, but Kane thought it would intrude on their privacy.
Kane laid down on the couch and fell asleep instantly.
The girls looked at him curiously and surprise was on their faces.
"How did he sleep so fast?"
"Well you two ladies can chat, I'm just as tired as him, so good night."
Angelica was on the left side of the bed, and Laura was in the middle.
Laura thought, 'Why did she say Kane's name like that? Does she also like Kane? No! Not another one! How is he getting these many girls? It hasn't even been a day and he already has three!'
While Laura was worried, Scarlet was looking at Angelica.
'Is that the new goddess of light? Why is she here? Don't tell me she also has a curse and Kane cured her. Hahh* I'll just ask him later.'
Scarlet also laid down on her side and closed her eyes.
'I'm finally free…'
A gentle smile was on her face as she slept quietly.
Laura finally stopped worrying and fell asleep.
Angelica was still awake and she read Laura's mind. Having to take some rest she was able to gain some divinity. Her powers were slowly coming back and she tested them out on Laura.
'Me? Like Kane? No that's impossible!'
Her mind went back to the bathroom where Kane was fully naked and the time when she kissed him.
Her face went completely red.
'No, I don't like him. That's just a normal infatuation with a man's body. It has nothing to do with Kane at all.'
She continued to lie to herself, while Kane slept peacefully.
Soon morning arrived.
Knock* knock*
"His majesty Kane? Are you awake? Breakfast is ready."
"I'll be out in a second."
"Yes, your highness."
'I'm not even married to Laura yet and they're already calling me king. Do I even want to be king?'
Kane walked quietly into the bathroom and washed his face. He looked at the mirror and asked.
'Hey, Zoey.'

'Did you know that there were other people like me here?'

'Sigh* maybe I should've asked you more about this world then. No wonder why there are toilets here there are humans from my world.'
A thought came into his head.
'I'm hoping that none of my enemies are here.'
Kane dried himself with a towel and changed his clothes by simply touching them in the cabinet.
'This ability is pretty damn useful.'
Kane looked toward the bed. Three heavenly beauties were sleeping peacefully.
'Guess I'll let them sleep. Growl* Yeah yeah, I know, I'm hungry.'
"Alright time to eat."
Kane quickly left the room and traversed through the castle. He already memorized where most of the rooms were so he knew where the dining hall was.
Kane arrived and in front of him was a long table full of food.
'Is this thanksgiving? Why's there turkey for breakfast?'
"I see that you're awake your majesty."
Kane looked to the other side and a handsome young man was sitting on a chair.
"Are you sure you want me to be king? Wouldn't you be worried that I'm some spy or an assassin?"
"Well if you were I would've thrown you out of the castle already. It might not seem like it but I have some pretty cool eyes."
Kane looked at him and thought.
'Zoey can you check his stats for me.'

Kane was looking at the king, in utter shock.
'I thought Scarlet was strong. But this is another level!'
Kane quickly broke from his reverie and asked.
"Ehem* I'm fine. Um, then would I really be king of Alfheim? Although it sounds nice, I don't think I'll be prepared for that at all."
"Haha, don't worry. I'm only marrying you with my daughter. Although you are technically king, the throne isn't yours. I need to give you the crown to make you king, right now you're more or less just her husband."
Kane had a sigh of relief.
"Laura is only 23, and I've been alive for more than her. However, she's my first daughter. You may be surprised, but for elves, our fertility is quite bad. Even more so when you're a high elf."
Richard has a solemn look on his face.
"But enough of that. Today we'll conduct some tests to find out if Laura truly is free of her curse.
And if she is we can proceed with the wedding."
'I've never even thought of marrying someone back on earth. Life is full of surprises isn't it.'
"Yawn*"
Laura came into the room sluggishly and sat next to Kane.
"Good morning."
"Morning Laura."
"Morning hon."
Laura instantly woke up when Kane called her.
"Hey, Kane~."
'Never would I thought she'd become like this. But, I don't mind either.'
"Laura, Kane, and I were talking about your marriage for next week. We'll be taking some tests on you to check if you still have your curse. If not, we'll proceed with the ceremony."
"Really!?!"
"Yes."
"Let's do it now! I feel perfectly fine and I didn't feel any pain since yesterday."
"I understand, but the priestess isn't here yet. And you might feel fine now but I want to make sure your curse truly is gone. I don't want you to be in danger when you think you're safe."
"…okay."
"Laura don't be impatient. I'll be with you don't worry."
"Okay!"
'How come she talks to him like that and not me? sigh*'
Soon Scarlet and Angelica also came in.
"Hey, darling~"
Scarlet sat on the other side of Kane, and Angelica sat next to her.
"Uh, hey."
'Sigh* is it morally okay for me to have multiple girlfriends? Let's not get there yet, I don't know Scarlet at all, so I'll talk to her later and see how things go from there.'
Angelica ate her food quietly, and Laura had a questioning look on her face.
Kane looked at her and grabbed her hand.
"Don't worry, I won't leave you."
"Un."
Her mood brightened up and started eating.
A maid came in and said.
"Your highness, the priestess is here."
"Oh, please welcome her in. I'm sure she won't mind having some breakfast."
"Yes, your highness."
She walked back and soon another figure was next to her.
The contrary to what Kane thought the priestess would look like. The woman in front of him dismayed his expectations. What he thought she'd be wearing would be priest attire, but instead, she was wearing a black dress, a black skirt, and black shoes. She has a short platinum blonde hair covering her right eye and tied in a certain fashion, and her eyes were a shade of grey. Although she's wearing dark clothes, her otherworldly figure can still be seen through her dress.
"Did you have to call for me this early Richard? And last I checked Laura still had her curse. There's no way she's cured."
"Sorry, Angela, but she might really be cured."
"Really?"
She looked around and spotted Kane sitting on the other side of the table.
Her eyes glittered and she said.
"You! Be my husband!"
"Huh?"
