As soon as Kane pressed the button, a fist-sized orb of orange light flew out of his chest. It quickly dashed towards Laura and her whole body was wrapped in light.
"What's happening to me!"
"Don't panic, but you might've turned into my servant."

The light began to die down, and a beautiful elf with long blonde hair tied in a ponytail, flawless translucent skin, green hazelnut eyes, h-cup-sized breasts, and a perfect hourglass body was standing there.
She looked at her hands confused, feeling stronger than before.
"Wait! Before you do anything I have a way to cancel the contract!"
Kane was prepared for the worse, he quickly mentally readied himself for an onslaught of insults and kicks, but suddenly.

Ruby looked at Kane cautiously, then apologized.

"Okay, I think I should explain to everyone what happened, and sort everything out."
Kane quickly untied everyone, then Laura cast a spell to wake them up.
"Ugh, what happened?"

"Everyone calm down, there was no dragon, and you're all safe."
The elves looked at Laura with tears in their eyes. They immediately went to their knees and began apologizing.
"Captain we're so sorry for not being brave enough."
A dark blue-haired elf said gloomily.
"Yes captain, please punish us."
A light blue-haired elf said with puffed-up eyes.
"...Me too."
The red-haired elf said guiltily.
"Captain..."
A black-haired elf muttered.
"Your highness..."
A brown-haired elf whimpered.
Looking at her subordinates kneeling on the ground. Laura walked toward them and said.
"Don't worry I forgive you, but this won't be forgotten. As soon as we get home I'll be tripling your training difficulty."
The elves had a joyous look when they heard her forgive them, but hearing their punishments instantly made them depressed.
"Your highness, anything but that!"
"Yes, your highness! Please let us do something else. We'll find a real dragon and give you its head! So please don't triple our training!
"You left me no choice, I was disappointed in your courage and you all fainted so easily upon facing a stronger foe. I won't change my mind, as soon as we get back we'll begin training immediately. Understand?"

"If you don't say anything I'll quadruple your training."
"YES YOUR HIGHNESS!!"
The elves yelled simultaneously.
Meanwhile, Kane was thinking.

'Did she already forget that she peed herself?'
'I shouldn't say anything. Otherwise, I might get the world record for the quickest divorce.'
"Alright ladies, seems like everyone's alright. Laura, by any chance, do you have an extra pair of pants?"
The elves instantly looked at Kane.
"How dare you speak to her highness!"
"Kneel human and show your respect to the future queen!"
"Silence! Kane is no normal human, he's the future king of the Elf kingdom."
Hearing those shocking words, every Elf turned their head toward Kane.
"Ehem, uh, hello everyone."
"WHAT!!
"Your highness surely you're joking?!"
The black-haired Elf said with a weird smile.
"No, he is my husband. We bonded our souls and he cured me of my curse. Now I no longer have to suffer when I use magic. So from now on treat him as you would treat me."
The Elves hesitated but soon after agreed.
"Yes, your highness."
"Thank you, since we accomplished what we were here for, let's get ready and head back."
"Yes, Captain!"
The Elves soon dashed to where they set up camp, leaving Kane, Laura, and Angelica behind.
"Are we going to the Elven kingdom Kane?"
A raspy voice came from the side.
"I guess that's the plan. Considering that human cities are probably miles away, the Elf kingdom is the only place we can settle."
Suddenly Kane felt the side of his head tingling.
'Is there another arrow?'
Kane looked to the right seeing a beautiful Elf staring daggers at him.
"Care to explain who she is dear?
Cold sweat trickled down his forehead.
"Laura let me explain."
"No, you don't have to. A beautiful woman like her must be your wife as well right? I sense a link between you and her."
"Excuse me?! A guy like him as my husband? No way, you've got it wrong cow tits, he's just a random hobo who stole me of my life and kidnapped me here!"
Dark crimson veins began popping on Laura's head.

Literal sparks emerged between their heads looking like a fight was about to ensue. Ignoring the two ladies arguing, Kane was wondering what he should do with himself.

Sensing some danger, Kane woke up from his stupor. In front of him were two heavenly beauties about to unleash spells.
Kane quickly stepped in between and stretched his arms out.
"Stop! What are you guys doing!?"
Seeing Kane standing in front of her. Laura stopped chanting her spells. Angelica however glared at Kane and started chanting faster.
Seeing as Angelica Wasn't stopping, Kane began to panic. Quickly thinking of something. Kane immediately shouted.
"Angelica, I command you to stop!"
Hearing his words, Angelica instantly stopped chanting and kneeled in front of him.
"What am I doing?! I can't control my body!"
"Why didn't you stop chanting?"
"Seeing the opportunity presented in front of me, why would I stop?"
Suddenly the space around them grew cold. Kane with a serious look glared at Angelica. Sensing death in front of her, her body started shivering.
'W-why am I s-shaking?'
A cold voice echoed in her ears.
"Angelica. I'm sorry for doing this to you. And I understand why you're mad at me. A man came into your life, destroyed your home, stole your divinity... and stole your freedom.'

"It wasn't my choice. And as I said it wasn't your fault. I don't know you, nor do you know me, but, I'm trying to fix everything for both of us."
"So if you can act like an adult, we can solve this problem sooner. So will you help or continue acting like a child."

Kane stopped releasing his killing intent and waited for her answer. Feeling the cold atmosphere disappear, Angelica stopped shaking. She looked down at her hands and clenched them tightly.
"...okay."
A meek voice sounded out and tears can be seen in her eyes. Kane looked at her feeling guilty. He closed his eyes, then asked Zoey to make something.
[Yes, Kane...]
An orange light appeared on top of Kane's palm gently intertwining between his fingers. The light glowed very brightly, but rather than a blinding light, a feeling of a warm embrace wrapped around them.
Angelica stopped crying and watched the orange light slowly take form.
'It's, beautiful.'
When the light stopped glowing, a beautiful pure white lily was on Kane's hand.
"Back in my world, I was a man the world hated... No matter where I go all I see are eyes filled with greed, lust, and envy."
"With the way I looked, some say I was blessed, but throughout my short life, I've never once felt like a miracle."
Sadness and pain can be seen in his eyes.
"One day when everything was taken from me, a part of me was lost... A person that cared for me died in front of my eyes..."
"...The last gift she gave me was a white lily. She said lilies are meant for sorries that you can't fix yet."
Kane walked towards Angelica and grabbed her hand.
She flinched feeling a warm touch on her palm.
"I'm giving this to you... I've been there before... when everything was taken from me."
"So I'm sorry. I promise I'll fix this, but for now, we need to work together until we can figure things out. Okay?"
Angelica held the flower gently in her hand, then lowered her head.
"...okay."
Kane had a melancholic smile on his face when he looked at her.
Angelica looked back up and stared quietly at that smile and pondered to herself.
'I... didn't know.'
"Captain we've finished packing up the campsite and signaled for a carriage. We also brought clothes for his highness Kane"
Ruby who came rushing in, was shocked by the warm atmosphere.
'Did I come at the wrong time?'
Kane stood up, then looked at her. She flinched when she felt his gaze.
'What happened?'
"Oh, Ruby right? Can I have those clothes, these shorts aren't really helping much and it's getting kinda cold heh heh."
Ruby quickly handed it to him. And stood there in a daze.
'I didn't realize it when we were fighting, but this guy is extremely handsome!'
Kane walked a fair distance to hide in the tall grass and began dressing up. Angelica stood up and walked toward Kobo and sat down quietly.
Witnessing everything, Laura had a pained look on her face.

Horse hooves can be heard and a beautiful Elven carriage with a sigil can be seen. It slowly stopped in front of the group and a handsome young man kicked the door open and yelled.
"Who dares touch my daughter!!!"
