Day 2:
The following morning I awoke safe and sound in my self made dungeon, well aside from one thing I wish I could change...
My left arm was coiled around by the stalker, while merely being an npc she kept hugging my arm and moaning.
Seriously Admins what the hell are you doing!
I mean sure it's listed as an Adult game due to the blood gore, and action but it's not flagged as an erotic game in the slightest, stop trying to tempt me into breaking game etiquette.
Squirming my way away from her sleeping form which I couldn't help but look back on as I left the room.
She is quite cute... wait no she's a stalker she should go away, gah her presence is poisoning my mind.
Ok ok ok settle down it's day two time to get started on the next round of plans, since I've acquired iron age skills that means it'll be easier to forge from now on right?
Well either way this will be a two fold operation, firstly to expand the dungeon is the first after all a dungeon with only a single floor can hardly be called a dungeon.
And secondly to acquire additional materials I can use to further my crafting since my most usable form of crafting right now is forging I'll need large amounts of metal.
But after checking all the spoils from the creation of the first floor.
The net result was only a scant handful of copper and some other lesser ores...
But that being said I did only just dig right under the surface, so it's not like a place ores would be in large quantities, I mean if the history of games teaches anything, it's the deeper you go, the greater quantities and the rarer the types you'll find, though at the same time earth knowledge would indicate that ores would require special conditions for deposits to be found, most of which would be near mountains.
But either way, the plan is to start the expansion, here at the furthest reaches of the dungeon so far, my own room will become the gateway to the lower floors, so without minding the still sleeping lunatic, i pulled a shovel out of my inventory, but not just any shovel
Brandishing the handle which looks almost like it's been polishes the very scoop itself positively sparkling.
Ok yeah alright you got me it's just an ordinary Iron spade with a rough and can be tree branch being used as a handle, but even still it's a huge upgrade from the stone shovels i used before.
Dig Dig Dig
Whoa!
This thing is awesome, come i know it's just dirt an all but with this iron spade it's like 10 times easier to dig up the ground than the stone one i used before, like a knife through butter, with this i can now dig faster than i could before, perhaps after i finish the second floor i should instead build a mine shaft and just go for as deep as i can?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The hours passed me by as i continued my new excavation work, since things were going so smoothly i had finished creating a second and now even a third floor for the dungeon.
The proficiency at which i created traps also had increased though not to say i had epic level traps setup or anything, but my basic pitfalls, and falling object traps had increased their efficiency, since i now had Spider silk i could create tripwires, which could trigger the traps in place of sticks, or logs.
With these passive traps my security had increased, and even a couple of the pitfall traps were setup in a way that any who fell into them would have great difficulty in getting out, since i could use the shovel in a way that would compact the dirt, even to a point that once compacted i couldn't then dig out the walls, to create a footfold.
Of course i did this testing in another place rather than in one of the pitfalls, but with this new method it was perfect for truly trapping someone should they survive the fall down into the pit, since with an iron shovel i couldn't dig out the compacted walls this meant depending on the monster or other's rank they wouldn't be able to climb their way out either, the pit likewise was wide enough that should someone fall alone they'd be trapped, but i guess if two fell together they could link arms and climb together, only way to fix this would be to create a method to retract the floor after it had been deployed to seal off the entrance to the trap itself.
But since the 2nd floor has been finished, at least it's layout has been, and the third at the very least started, well i say that but the third floor is already the size of the second floor, but a true dungeon is like a honeycomb, each floor deeper should be that much larger than the one above.
At least in my mind that is.
Well either way the dungeon is now three floors deep but all that excavation still only netted me a paltry sum of ores and even then they are petty ones at that, i could earn more copper just by selling tools in the city...
Well either way getting more ores right now is clearly an issue, but i should have no issue getting more iron by selling wares in the city, but the question then becomes do i just craft copper, and possibly bronze equipment to sell then increase the quantity of Copper and Iron that i have itself.
At the same time i should also progress further with my other crafting skills, potion making for a first since their one off items that are always in demand just like weapons.
Lastly is to focus on magic training, i failed to do any training yesterday as i was to focused on information gathering and then setting up my base of operations, but before bed i should at the very least do the first bit of magic training today.

** Humans and Monsters both look upon this dungeon with eyes full of pity, after all such a creation can hardly even call itself a dungeon to begin with**
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After finishing my work on the dungeon i stopped for dinner and while waiting for the soup to boil over the stove, i paused to pull up my status and see what had changed, the dungeon reflected the change in floor numbers but even with my better traps, though dirty admins are still shaming my creation, well i mean after all i don't have any defenders so even i could barely call this a dungeon, more like a labyrinth.
