Geb stayed locked up in his room since morning. He stood at the balcony, observing and feeling the warmth of the flowers and plants there. He wasn't sure how long he had been there but he could roughly say since the sun rose. He looked peaceful and calm but his mind was in a turmoil. He was thinking of his discussion with Nessy last night, and the options he gave her to choose from. He knew that was the least he could do right now because ever since he met her he had never given her the opportunity to make her own choices. He had always had things done his way, the way that suited his ego and made him proud. He has never seemed her consent to do all of the things he did her, taking her to his time, bringing her back and most of all, convenanting her. He knew he couldn't change what happened but at least he could do things rightly from now onwards, starting with allowing her to make choices of her own.
