"Nothing... I trust her.." he mumbled glaring at him, he didn't think she was a walking danger, she was just a gullible teenage girl.
"She might not be the danger but the connection and the mysterious family behind her father... That's what is posing danger..." that was what worried him the most, the mystery that hid behind her.
"I already said, no need to worry... Don't I have you.. " he had just responded when she walked in with a thread wrapped in between her fingers.
"I want to take some measurements for your ring finger.." she softly eyed him, even if she had never made a delicate ring, she had done it with her father several times using inferior materials and even done the carvings.
"Okay... It's fat enough... " he stretched his ring finger out smiling evilly and she took measurements before turning around to exit but before she could make another step, Mu Shen held her left arm and drew her onto his lap.
