"Tell me now," suddenly a commanding voice made everyone turn. William was walking inside the precinct.
"Dad!" exclaimed Journee, surprised.
"Commissioner!" he replied back. She understood that he was there as her boss and not her father. A crime was committed inside the precinct, and he was the boss. He had to investigate.
"Sorry, sir!" replied Journee.
"Good morning, sir!" greeted Henry.
"Good morning," William replied.
"Hello, sir!" said Graham.
"Hello, Graham! I am taking over your cabin. Is that okay?" asked William.
"Yes, sir."
"You," William signalled Journee, "follow me."
Journee looked at others for help but there was no help. She looked down and followed her father, no, her boss. She knew he was going to get angry as she didn't tell him everything.
William let her enter the room and closed the door. He went and sat in Graham's chair and then commanded, "Speak!"
"Um… about?" asked Journee.
