The numberplate was new too but forged. No DMV would issue so many number plates that had the same number. He looked for the number in the database and it was clear that the number was just made up. No owner of the number plate popped up.
He knew Zachary was intelligent and was using Zayden's idea. But who was the one helping him? Who knew he was back? Who knew where he was but not telling anyone and committing murders with him? How can a police officer kill innocent people? Maybe Journee was wrong, and the mole was just providing them with the information, and someone else was doing the killing with Zachary.
