Archer escaped the auditorium and was successful in getting the file, albeit only half complete. But he was stopped by the officer who tried to help him and was being scolded by him.
"You cannot roam on your own in a precinct. If I see you do that again, I will arrest you for trespassing, am I clear?" scolded the officer.
"Yes, sir. I am very sorry for causing you trouble," apologized Archer. "I will leave immediately. I don't want to cause any further problems for you." Archer ran at his top speed and without waiting for a reply from the officer, he came out of the precinct.
He walked out to the street and hailed a cab. The whole way he kept reading the pages on his phone. He found that not all the family members were shot, one was knifed down, that too a little kid. Now he knew why Journee was crying. Parents were shot but the kid had his throat slit. Not only that the female was pregnant. Even a stone would feel emotions after that.
