Journee was tired and angry, and District Attorney Noah Jackson gave her the bad news. He was ready to send Zion to a holding facility where every perp was sent to wait for his trial. Journee had ordered her officers to bring Zion back and they obliged but Noah knew that was wrong. He had to follow the law.
"He is going nowhere. Do you have any idea how many criminals from the Hall family are there? If he is sent there, there will be riots on daily basis, he will be their boss," said Journee.
"Our hands are tied. His lawyers can say that we are not following the law and he will be out like that," replied Noah and snapped his fingers.
"He is going to be out anyway. You cannot make him leave this precinct. Just file a petition, get an order from a judge, something, anything. Do I have to tell you how to do your job?" shouted Journee.
"Jo!" said William to calm her down.
