Chapter 16
Kiera and Keannan
for a moment, only the silence surrounds the lodge. The four people who sit around the pavilion are as they was immersed in their minds. Aaegon repeatedly sighed. his eyes have repeatedly stopped on the face of the young man who sat right in front of him. The young man was truly a young version of Kellen.
Secretly Aaegon glanced at the Kiera who sat quietly on his right. Both of them are tall, have same sip, and same face. When viewed in a glance now, it does not appear to be a slight resemblance on the second time.
Kiera, a tall girl who has a rather shiny red brown hair, looks striking with her sparkling white skin. With a round egg-shaped face, a pair of Kiera's blue sapphire looks so brilliant with sliced reddish yellow eyes.
Meanwhile, the young man who was sitting in front of Aaegon had hair and eyes that were colored, reddish yellow in the middle of spring. But, somehow if noted seriously, there will be a resemblance between Kiera and Keannan. Once again Aaegon sighed. His mind thought hard.
"Okay, now, say what is your name? Where are you from? And what happens until you end up with Kiera behind the waterfall?" After a long time sinking in silence, finally Aaegon bombarded the young man who sat cross-legged right before him with a successive question.
Aaegon's questions and attitudes spontaneously made his two students feel surprised. Adam and Kiera looked at each other. Their teacher is usually very calm and controlled. But, a few moments looked Aaegon many times as lost self-control.
"I was Keannan, the one and only son of Kellen, chairman of the fellowship. My house in Shinny, the city of the Guild Center located inside the fort, I did not know, why I ended up in this beautiful girl arms, and I did not regret it. Just a little confused." Keannan answered at length Aaegon's question with an eye view that was blatantly staring at Kiera's face with adoring looks.
Without being commanded, Kiera and Adam who sat next to Keannan, moved their hand to hit the young man in annoyance. The fingers of Kiera smoothly left the red trail of blow hand on Keannan's forehead who still looked at her.
Meanwhile, Adam hit the back of Keannan Wholeheartedly, he had been annoyed from earlier, seeing the stupid expression of a tall young man who was as if there were only Kiera before his eyes.
"Awww! What are you both doing? You want to kill me?!" Keannan rotates the body and fiercely he glares at Adam who only boosts the shoulders without the slightest guilt.
Meanwhile, without they realizing Aaegon's face turned pale when he heard Keannan's answer. Actually when he first looked at the young man's face he felt could recognize him. What's more, when he saw Kiera and Keannan fainted, they both looked similar.
Maybe their age was not far adrift, remembering Anyeelie in a young pregnant state when Kellen was forced to get home to get married. Aaegon's memory floated in sixteen years ago.
It was approximately one year after Kellen left the Red Land. Kellen came again looking for Anyeelie and found the reality that the woman he loved, died shortly before his arrival. Maybe, that's during those time Keannan was born.
Aaegon did not have time to ask about Kellen's news or told Kiera's birth. Because after he took Kellen to the grave of Anyeelie, Kellen lost his common sense. Luckily at that time Kellen came accompanied by a friend who was also his personal bodyguard, Alfred.
Aaegon rushed told Alfred out of White Stone, he did not want Bianca to catch their arrival to the grave of Anyeelie and add to the more suffering of a woman who had just lost her daughter.
"Teacher!"
"Teacher!"
"Teacher!" Three voices simultaneously called Aaegon impatiently. Their voice brought Aaegon's memory back to the present.
Apparently the three young people before Aaegon were waiting for him to say something. Then, Aaegon and his two students simultaneously looked at Keannan.
"What?" The young man asked surprised when he saw everyone staring at him with a strange view.
"Why did you join in calling Teacher to our teacher? You're nobody?" Kiera said, that was welcomed by Keannan with a sinless smile.
"I, don't know what to call him. Old sir? You guys have introduced yourself or mention your name to me." Lightly Keannan answered lightly Kiera's question. "One more, why my sword in you?" The young man reached out to Kiera.
He almost forgot that tall girl next to him had used the Joye sword to throw his body across the room. He did not remember when and how exactly the sword belonging to his ancestor moved to the girl's hand.
As just aware of something, Keannan is now staring at Kiera with different patches. Keannan's eyes were fixed completely towards the girl who had a sliced eye with him, while the girl's sapphire blue eyes should have been very rare to have a sliced breathing yellow breathrance of the descendants of the sun clan. That girl was even able to call the ancient power of the Joye sword without struggling.
"Who are you actually?" Keannan repeats questions against Kiera.
"I'm Aaegon, she's Kiera, and it's Adam. They are both my students." Aaegon answered Keannan's question before his two students had opened their mouths.
"Before we get to know each other further, you should tell us completely before you are stranded here, so we know what really happens now," said Aaegon again.
Keannan nodded. He felt what Aaegon said to make sense too. However, he debt an explanation to everyone who was now sitting in front of him.
Slowly Keannan tells the beginning of the incident that he remembers. Keannan felt the match between himself with a man who might be Aaegon's age was the beginning he was stranded in this place. Keannan tells how the broken-faced man next to which has grayish white eyes turned out to have the power of the sun clan and use that power to attack him.
Although, the power was not the core strength, but apparently the man managed to send Keannan to get out of Shinny. Not forgetting, Keannan told when the man with his eyes and a scary face hit him with full strength, suddenly the Joye sword which was a Sun Clan heirloom, emitted a beam that wrapped his body while launching a counterattack towards the mysterious man.
Inevitably, the two ancient forces that lead to the same time collide. Keannan told that shortly before Keannan lost consciousness, the young man saw a dark black hole as if swallowed the mysterious man and his body simultaneously.
That is where he is now, but he doesn't know, why he can be here, and where the existence of the scary man.
