"Here is Anna, she will be helping you, my lady." the village chief introduced them to a woman in her late twenties.
When he heard that they would be staying longer, the village chief was delighted and was happy to provide further help. So, when he heard that Irene couldn't breastfeed, he arranged for one of the mothers in the village to be David's wet nurse.
"Are you sure you would be alright?" Anthony asked the young woman, who responded with an energetic nod.
"Don't worry, Lord Anthony, Miss Anna will be with me." she said.
"Where are you headed, my lord?" the village chief caught wind of what they were conversing about.
"Oh, I will try to hunt. It's improper that we stay here without pitching in."
"No. It's quite alright."
"I insist."
"Then at least have our hunters accompany you." he offered.
"Do not worry, this is not my first time. I prefer to go alone" Anthony knew that if he was accompanied, he would have a hard time using the system to its fullest.
With one last look at Irene and David, he went for the door.
Upon seeing him outside, some the villagers inquired of where he was going. When he told him he was going hunting, a hunter offered to accompany him. When his assistance was refused, he contented himself by telling him their hunting trails.
"He is quite odd, isn't he?" one of the women commented as they watched his back.
"How?" her husband asked.
"Well, he's going hunting, but he's wearing his robe and he didn't bring with him a hunting weapon."
"He's just overly confident, this city brats knows nothing of hunting. He'll sure to come back empty handed and would ask for our help next time." the hunter chuckled.
While it was true that he went hunting to try to help with the food, it was not his primary purpose.
He had found the product to buy, the small Merchant Wagon. But he needs to acquire more of the Token currency. And he discovered how to do just that.
While the shop sells almost everything, it also buys anything that of value. That includes game meat which his free occupation, specializes in harvesting.
[F-Rank Occupation Huntsman
Mastery Level: Novice
Basic Shot Accuracy: 60%
The age-old method of putting meat on the table using simple throwing spears.]
The flavor text reminded him that he had run out of throwing spears, having plunged them into the two bodies.
So, he navigated to the weapon section of the store. While other weapons reach the hundreds, the throwing spears mirrored the F-Rank Occupation it belonged to, and was price as one of the cheapest.

Armed and ready, he proceeded to enter the trail.
Farther from the village, the noise of the children slowly faded. It was replaced by the crackling of the foliage underneath his feet and the rustling of the leaves above him.
He was not bluffing when he said this was not his first hunt. However, the Texan ranches were entirely different from the thick forest he had just entered. The trail did not have signs, the undergrowth was thicker, and it was also narrower with some portions already swallowed by the undergrowth. Furthermore, there was no guarantee it was without hostile predators. It was the wild in its unadulterated state.
But although unfamiliar with what he was dealing with, he was emboldened by the fact that he had a system. If he was able to kill, two Imperial soldiers, then bears and wolves, in theory, would be easier foes.
This way of thinking enabled him to venture deeper into the trail. He scanned his surroundings with every step, both wary of predators and searching for prey.
His attentiveness would reward him rather early. The nearby bushes rustled and in the corner of his eyes, he saw something move.
[Used 'Spear Throw']
With the same reflexes that helped him in his escape, he threw the spear as soon as he turned. The skill, like an auto-aim cheat in a video game, guided the spear to the running game.
The animal, which turned out to be a young deer, was hit in the neck while it was in the middle of the jump, halting his escape in midair and pinning it against the ground.

When he saw the prompt confirming the kill, he approached where he thought it landed. It happened all too fast.
The undergrowth got in his way, when he searched for the carcass. Fortunately the protruding handle of the throwing spear would reveal it after a minute later.
He pulled out the weapon out of the body and dragged the dead deer out in the open. He had no butchering knife with him, but there was no need. He knows just what to do next.

Not a single drop of blood remained. The whole body disappeared, but not after glowing blue particles were seen around it. If people could have seen what he just did, then they would lose their minds.
Anthony was impressed and had just realized how effecient the Occupation was. The butchering process was never an easy task, but with the skill, it was effortless and clean.
But the system was not done, surprising him.

With just a single deer, he acquired five times more tokens than the bonus amount.
Initially, he doubted if he could even afford the wagon, but now that he has seen the price of venison, the task seemed more plausible.
It meant that he only needs to hunt 10 of such deer, and even less if he could hunt larger ones. And considering the overpowered huntsman skills, it didn't sound too hard.
Encouraged, he continued his hunt and that day, the small deer was not the last to fall from his spear.
