Yes, the world i chose is where everyone gets the same system, like an RPG. I though that this would have been the best options for me as i thought that i would be reincarnated without any cheats.
Seeing the comments, i finaly made some sense of his stats.

While thinking of this, a woman entered the room.
She was kinda pretty but nothing earth-shattering, after thinking for a bit he realised something was wrong with the woman and with him at the same time.
'If it were back on earth, she would be a top model, did the talk with the goddess raise my standards a bit too much'
The woman on the other hand was in the brink of crying.
That was the case until she saw me staring at her.
The woman froze.
I cutely tilted my head to the side, it's not that i had a choice on the matter as it was the only movement i could currently perform.
The woman then launched at me, hugged me, and started telling me something in a foreign language.
After a bit of that she let me down, and went somewhere else.
'Really now, i don't know the language'
I was annoyed by that, but a guess that it wasn't such a big deal.
The woman come back after a bit and gave me something to drink.
As i was drinking what i thought to be milk, i started thinking of my future plans.

I am currently sitting on a huge bed, with a maid reading out loud a book about the continent i was born on.
It is named Ignus, it has dozens of different biomes, with a lot of exotic plants and animals.
Yes, as you have probably guessed, i have by now learned the language.
This the human tongue.
Yes, it is mainly used by humans and thus such a name came into existance.
There also exist a Beast tongue as well as an Elf tongue. There might exist more but i don't currently realy care about them so i haven't researched too much into it.
The maid next to me is named Rosana or Rose for short.
She has red hair and and blue eyes, which make for a quite the pretty contrast.
Her figure is also very good.
I mean, those thing are definitely level E at the very least. They can be considered weapons of mass destruction.
She is also the only person in the castle other than me.
You see, my parent were generals of the empire.
After i was conceived, they received an attack on the fort they were in charge of.
At the cost of my father's life they somehow managed to get my mother out of danger, but she too was injured by that point.
Out of love for my father, she decided to not abort me, which in turn killed her upon my birth.
She didn't even manage to hold me before she died, but she did give Rose the name that she wanted to give to me, and such i was named Bell.
Not going to lie, this story got me all crying and depressed for almost half a year, but thanks to Rose i managed to somehow get over it.
Rosana was my mom's personal maid and she was just 22, only 2 years younger than my mother.
After she finished reading the book, she turned around to look at me, only to see that i wasn't paying attention.
"Bell, is everything alright"
She ask in concern.
After the incident with my parent's story she became realy careful of what she talked about. I think she was telling the story thinking that i wouldn't understand much, but to her surpise i understoud all of it.
She now thinks i am some kind of genius but with an emotional endurance of a 3 year old, thus she explains everything to me as long as it has nothing sad in it.
"Yes Rose, could you tell me some information about the system"
"Emmmm, Bell i thing it's a bit early for that"
"Some basic at least, pretty please!"
I said as i made the infamous puppy dog eyes.
"Ok, ok stop making that face, i will tell you"
Rose could only surrender in the face of my cuteness.
Oh, i don't think i have mentioned my appearance.
I have black hair and black eyes.
Due to the complication of my birth, my vitality was damaged giving me extramely pale skin
I was almost 1 meter tall which is a bit below average.
The combination of all the above characteristics made be look like a huge porcelain doll. No mature woman could possibly be able to endure my charm.

'Didn't the system give me more information when i first looked at it'
I thought for a bit and then asked.
"Is level 36 high?"
She shook her head.
"Not realy, but for a maid it's quite high."
I finaly started to make some sense of the leveling system in this world.
"Last question, how many stat points do you get per level?"
Rose frowned a bit at my question.
"The lowest i have ever heared someone get is 1 and the highest is 9, when you get them they are called blank stat points. I personally get 4, but you have to be cerefull, asking someone their job is fine, but asking about their skills or stat points is a huge taboo."
After she said this she gently smiled and gave me a headpat.
"Rose, i understand about the stat points but why the skills"
"Bell, the skill you get are part of your job, you can't easily get more and can only increase their proficiency in order to get them to evolve in a higher form"
After speaking she let out a sigh.
Meanwhile the boy was flabbergasted.
'I did think that the job was going to be good, but this completely overpowered!'
