Kain turned to Esmeralda who he noticed was looking at him very crossly. He knew that had told a blunt lie against but what Sir Harold had told him had knocked out the air in his lungs. He turned to Esmeralda who was still glaring daggers at him and sat down.
"Alright, am sorry." He said bluntly and she sat down.
"I am pretty sure that what Sir Harold had caught you off balance." She said and held his hands.
Kain looked at Esmeralda and smiled but inside he felt that he could just cut this building two parts.
"Is it that obvious?" he asked but she chuckled.
"Nope, besides you are a pretty tough one to show off your emotions, I just know because I have found out that nothing more gets to you more that the fact that you are not a complete breed of your own kind thanks to the curse of the enchantress…my mother" she explained.
