Chapter 79 - The Second Survey

Esmeralda woke up for a start and stood up from her bed. She walked out of the bedroom and saw a bottle of whiskey on the table in the living room. She sat down and grabbed a glass. She filled the glass and looked at the clock. She had woken up earlier than usual. She took a sip of the whiskey and stood up. She left the living room with the glass of whiskey in her hand. She entered her room and placed the glass on the bedside table. She walked away out of the bedroom and entered the bathroom.
