Esmeralda walked into her office and dropped her bag on the floor beside her chair, under her desk. She needed a cup of cappuccino like ASAP but she didn't know how to get it and she was still suffering from the scalds from the previous ones she had bought. She grabbed her telephone and called the receptionist desk.
'Reception desk, how may I help you?'
"I need you to send two cleaners to the boss' office to clean. And tell them that it is going to be a thorough cleanup" she said into the phone and dropped the receiver ending the call.
She then brought out a little spiral bounded notebook and began to type a memo in the laptop that she was to send to McCormick in regards to the survey trip that they had the next day.
