Kain rushed out of the office and saw Esmeralda walking up to her office slowly with empty cups of spilled cappuccino and a damp dress. He walked up to her and helped her to her office.
"What happened and why is all the cappuccino spilled?" Kain asked and Esmeralda looked at him with a cross annoyed look. "Ohh, your dress…"
"I am fine. I'll just have to go home and get a new dress." Esmeralda said.
"Who did this to you?" Kain growled and Esmeralda looked at him and shuddered. His eyes were gleaming with rage…a deep icing dangerous blue.
"It was just an accident" Esmeralda said and held his hand.
"But, I need to take you to a hospital." Kain said.
"No need, it's just a wet dress" Esmeralda protested.
"Esmeralda, I may not be positively smart but I know a severe condition when u see it" Kain said and touched her dress. "This was a freshly boiled Cappuccino. Esmeralda, you are in pain." Kain said with worry written all over his face.
