Lina's p.o.v....
Lina woke up this morning staring at her phone like she did for the past one week. she wasn't sure if she was waiting for him to call or if she wanted to call him. she took her phone to at least send a text message but changed her mind and went to the shower. After which she left for school. she met Aggie at the parking lot where they usually meet.
"what kept you?"Aggie asked without even greeting her first
"good morning to you too Aggie"she said sarcastically
"oh please"she said rolling her eyes"did you call your mystery guy?"
"not yet"she replied as they walked to class
"what in the world are you waiting for?"
"Am not sure"
"you and Sammy are the worst when it comes to dating"
"Are we?"she chuckled"I think am better than Sam though"
"you guys are exactly the same. EXACTLY"
"you would be the one to know right?"
"of course"she flicked her hair backwards"Am the love expert"
"Hmmm, I guess you don't need my help with zain then. you are the 'love expert' after all"
"but am still at the beginners level though"
"silly"she said flicking Aggie's forehead
"ouch"
"what's going on there?"Lina asked when she noticed all the whispering in the hall and the girls gathering. They were ogling someone, a celebrity maybe?. she pushed through the crowds and saw.... was that Andrew?. Even though she just saw his back ,she could still recognize him. she called out just to be sure and when he turned around she felt like she has been holding her breath for a long time. she tried to hide her anxiety from him but when he said 'i missed you 'and that too with such a delicate tone she froze,she desperately wanted to say something, anything but her voice got stuck. her brain refused to function and her lips didn't listen to her. They stared at each other silently before Lina noticed people rushing to their different classes. Thank God ,she thought at least she had an excuse to leave this awkward situation.
"um...I ....I am late for class. I will see you later"she said as she left quickly. walking as fast as she could.
"she meant thanks for the flowers"Aggie said to Jason as she followed Lina"wait up"
"seriously?all you could say is' am late for class'?"Aggie said as she caught up with Lina
"was that the wrong answer?"
Aggie stoped walking as Celina continued"That's it, she is definitely going to die single"

During break...
Celina and Agatha sat at their usual table to eat
"what are you going to do?"
"About what?"
"Andrew of course"
"I don't know"
"Do you like him or not?"
"Am not sure"she said grabbing her necklace
"can I ask a question?"
"can I even stop you from asking?"
"not really"smiles"but seriously Lina,why is it that you never allow any guy to get close to you not to talk of dating?is it because you like someone?does it have anything to do with that necklace?and does it have anything to do with that husband you once mentioned?"
"it's .... complicated"Lina said looking at the floor"you would probably think am crazy or stupid"
"Try me"
"well..."
"can I sit here?"Jason interrupted before Lina could continue.
"what?"Aggie asked
"can I please sit here?,I have no one else to sit with , everyone makes me feel.....you know"
Aggie looked around and saw the eyes focused on him
"got it, but why here?you could eat alone"Aggie said thinking Lina would feel uncomfortable
"He dislikes eating alone"Lina said
"what?how did you know"Aggie asked
"he told me"
"woah, I guess you are closer than I thought"
"it's okay, I will just sit somewhere else"Jason said
"you can sit here"Celina said
"Are you sure?"Jason asked glancing at Aggie
Aggie looked at Lina who gave her a reassuring smile
"if I make you uncomfortable ,I can...."
"no, it's okay. you can sit here"Aggie said
Jason hesitated for a while but finally sat down"thanks"
"so Andrew, what's your real name?"Aggie asked
"Aggie?"Lina nudged her
"what?am just asking"
"am sorry but I can't say"Jason replied
"why?"Aggie asked
"it's personal"
"personal"Aggie repeated"I see,where are you from then?or is that personal too?"
"yes"
"Are you a spy?"
"Aggie stop already"Celina said
"Maybe"Jason said with a grin as he glanced at Lina for a sec but quickly looked away"Lina, would you like to go out today?"
"what?out?"Lina asked nervously
"yes,I was wondering if you could give me a tour of the city"
"Am sorry,I can't today"
Jason looked disappointed but decided to get over it,she must be busy anyway
while he thought she was busy,the truth was Celina declined not because she didn't want to,but because she was still confused. even though she thought it would be fun ,she wanted to sort out her feelings first and find out why the atmosphere around him felt so familiar. she didn't want to fall for a stranger who ends up being a bad person. from the way he was behaving she was starting to think that maybe he knows her but why would he hide his identity?was he hiding something important or dangerous?He was truly a mystery.
