"Can I see him?" Raziah asked the second the doctor stepped out of her room. Fabiana had taken care of all his injuries, but Caius was still not awake. She could see some many handprints and cuts on his small body that it had broken her heart as they had brought him back to her. Right now, she was just a snap away from actually breaking into real tears, and that snap occurred when she walked out and saw Raziah standing there.
She didn't know what came over her when she saw the princess. It just felt like someone had just squeezed the last bit of control she has been holding onto into pieces, and Fabia's eyes watered and began falling. Aletta had informed her that they had bought sneaked in there to save the boy because Raziah had suddenly felt more insecure about everything, and truly something bad happened.
