"I'm sorry but I'm not an eye doctor," Dr. Ken replied nonchalantly.
Suddenly, the bodyguard dropped to his knees and bowed his head "Please boss, help me! I'm still struggling to see. I don't want to lose my sight," he begged.
The surgeon groaned and rolled his eyes. "Ugh! Ben get up! You act too dramatic sometimes," he said and his bodyguard immediately stood up to his feet.
Dr. Ken strode over to his medical supply cabinet and grabbed a small bottle of eye drops. "These are a powerful kind of eye drops, they should make your vision clear up in less than a minute"
The bodyguard's face lit up and he was filled with relief and gratitude. "thank you, thank you so much, boss…"
"…not so fast," the surgeon interrupted.
"Don't forget that I have security cameras all around the house so I literally saw everything that happened in the operating room. I knew your intentions when you followed Anastasia into the bathroom and I promise, you're not going to get away with that kind of behavior" he said.
The bodyguard swallowed hard and kept his head bowed, refusing to meet Dr. Ken's gaze.
Dr. Ken's voice rose to a shout. "What were you trying to do? Were you trying to violate her? Answer me"
However, the bodyguard remained silent, unable to answer.
Don't you ever try to scare her or take advantage of her, got that?" Dr. Ken said in anger. He wanted to be the only person who could touch Anne, and the thought of anyone else looking at her made him furious.
"Yes boss I understand" the bodyguard replied swiftly. He wondered what was going on with his boss. Could he be interested in Anne? He thought.
Dr. Ken had only just met her, but he felt a strong connection to her and didn't want anyone else to come between them. He took a deep breath and said calmly to his bodyguard. "We need a change of plan on how to get rid of Carl... Gather your men, I want Carl McAlester dead before sundown,"
