"Ma'am you're wasting my time! You don't have money or what?" The shopkeeper said to Anne sternly.
"umm, I…I think forgot to bring cash. Can I wire you some money instead?" Anne said, bringing out her phone from her pocket.
"No ma'am we only accept cash," the shopkeeper said rudely, looking at Anne as if she was a fraud.
The whole time, the handsome young man was watching the scene waiting to use that as an opportunity to shoot his shot at Anne.
"What!?? Well, that's some BS. You know what? I'll just drop all of these back on the shelf" Anne fired back at the shopkeeper.
"hey hey hey miss, I have some cash with me. There's no harm if I pay for your stuff," The young man said to Anne.
"I told you I don't need your help!" Anne rolled her eyes.
"And I know these groceries you wanna buy are important to you… Please let me pay for them" he insisted and gave the shopkeeper some money.
'well, at least he's helping me,' Anne thought to herself.
"here's your change sir," The shopkeeper said to the young man giving him his change.
"Oh, you can keep it" the young man replied.
"Thank you, sir" The shopkeeper replied with a big smile on his face.
He was happy at his luck because the young man gave the shopkeeper two times the money Anne was supposed to pay him.
Anne collected the shopping bag containing all her groceries and left the grocery store same as the young man.
"I wanna apologize for being rude to you in the first place. Oh my God! I feel so terrible…" Anne sighed, feeling remorseful.
"It's okay, you're just being an independent woman and I like that" he smiled.
"And I also wanna thank you for helping me pay for these... Ugh! how am I going to repay you?" Anne said regretting why she was mean to the young man in the first place. She had no idea she would need him.
"oh, you don't have to," The young man said
"Please, let me. You're being too kind" she insisted because she's never too comfortable with favors and on top of that, he's a stranger.
"Alright, you'll know when to repay me when the time comes" He winked.
"But I barely know you," Anne said.
"Pardon me for not introducing myself... My name is Angelo Ross" he stretched forth his hand to shake her.
"I'm Anastasia Robyn Stewart" Anne returned the handshake and he gently kissed the back of her hand.
"It's a pleasure meeting you Anastasia," Angelo smiled feeling happy to be on Anne's good side.
"I hope to see you again," he said.
"Me too" She replied and he left.

***Later in the middle of the night***
Treasure had blurry vision, searching for her glasses while creeping on the floor, gasping for breath.
She has trouble seeing without her glasses.
"ow! My head!" Treasure groaned with pain, touching the side of her head.
While she was running, she tripped and fell on the floor and her glasses fell from her face.
"got it" Treasure whispered as she finally saw her glasses. She wore them on her face and her vision became clear.
"Somebody help me!!!" Treasure continued to cry for help as she heard the footsteps of the man she was running away from, getting closer to her.
Tep! Tep! Tep! The footsteps of the man who wasn't even running finally got closer to her.
Treasure sat on the floor and slowly dragged her body backward with the support of her hands. She was looking for how and where to escape but there was none.
Treasure pulled herself until her back finally met the wall. However, the man eventually appeared but in a silhouette figure because it was a bit dark.
"My little pet, I told you, you could run but can't hide from me," The man said in a deep voice.
"No! no! Please don't hurt me, I beg of you" Treasure begged, crying profusely till her glasses were wet from her running tears.
The man's face was now visible but there was blood gushing out like tears from his left eye which was earlier stabbed.
He went closer to her face and removed her glasses and threw them away.
"Please don't!!" Treasure blubbered, covering her face with both hands, and shaking her head vigorously.
She was covered in fear of what would happen next. She has been running away from this man but he still got a hold of her.
"Shh... Allow me to enjoy this" The man said to Treasure.
He placed his hands underneath her skirt and started caressing her thighs. Meanwhile, Treasure crossed her legs to resist his hands from going through but it was no use. The man was way stronger than her.
"Kim! Kim!! Help me!!" She screamed her brother's name at the top of her voice with tears rolling down her cheeks like rain.
Treasure delivered a long gasp as she woke up from her nightmare. She sat down on her bed, firmly holding the quilt to her chest.
She looked around her room and she realized that everything was just a bad dream. A terrible nightmare Treasure has been constantly having.
"Tee, Tee, are you alright??" Kim rushed to Treasure's room with a worried look on his face.
"I'm fine… I'm fine" Treasure muttered trying to catch her breath. She was still in fear, breathing heavily.
"No! you're not fine" Kim argued and sat down on her bed close to her.
"you kept on screaming my name repeatedly," he said.
"And you never showed up, did you?" Treasure yelled at Kim.
"I kept on calling your name when I was in trouble but you never showed up. You never came to help me when I needed you the most" Treasure angrily said to Kim with tears in her eyes.
Kim looked at Treasure with squinted eyes, feeling confused. He had no idea what Treasure was talking about.
"What are you talking about? Treasure I don't understand you" Kim said.
Treasure deeply exhaled
"It's nothing, it was just a bad dream," She said, cleaning the tears from her eyes.
"If it's just a bad dream, why are you crying? Talk to me Tee, you're my sister" Kim said sincerely.
Treasure laid down on her bed and used one of her pillows to cover her face.
"Good night Kim," She said and Kim frowned immediately.
"you know what? You can keep all your stupid secrets to yourself" Kim said and stormed out of her room.
He felt like he wasted his time, trying to talk to his sister. He just knows for a fact that Treasure is a loner who keeps everything to herself. It's not that easy to make her open up or make her come out of her shell.
