Chapter 16 - Chapter 12 (Part 2)

The woman and the victims were running as fast as they could. They had been running for almost twenty minutes. They managed to get out of the field without any men coming after them. Now they were running on the empty road. The woman was running behind them to watch so none of them lose each other. The victims were getting tired from all that running. They stopped to catch their breaths. Some of them fell to the ground to relax their body. The woman stopped running to also catch her breath but she was fine. Her legs were hurting a bit. She was looking at the victims. They all looked so tired from all that running. It could also be the robes that were slowing them down. The woman had to do something about robes.

The victims were still catching their breaths. One victim looked up so she could talk to the woman. When she looked up, the woman was pointing a blade at her. She was getting a bit anxious about the blade. The woman got the aim and threw the blade. The victim lifted her by her face to block the blade. The blade sliced the robe from her wrists. The woman threw twenty more to slice the rest of the robes from the two hundred victims. All the robes landed gracefully on the ground. Their hands were free and aired. But their wrists were bleeding. They held their wrist to stop the bleeding. One girl looked at the woman. She slowly walked towards the woman. She stopped in front of the woman then she took the woman's hand.

"Thank you for saving us.", the girl said with tears dripping from her eyes.

The woman wiped those tears away from the girl's bruised face. The girl waited for her to answer. All the woman did was she bowed to the girl. Then the woman looked at the rest of the victims. All of them bowed together to thank the woman for saving them. The woman bowed back to them. The victims lifted their heads up. The looked up to see the woman but she disappeared. They tried to look for her but she was nowhere to be seen. They wanted to ask her if she had a name. Some victims saw a police station nearby. They decided to go there to spend the night. The rest of the victims saw what they were doing. They decided to follow them. The girl stopped walking then looked behind her to find the woman. The woman was still not there.
