Chapter 306 - Kill

Between the chase and the escape, the two sides did not pull away. Instead, they got closer and closer, because the entire Mirror Dimension was in Wesley's control. No matter where the three of them ran, the ground under their feet would move in Wesley's direction. Even if the three of them were exhausted, they would not be able to escape.

Caecilius took out the Black Ring and began to open the portal, but Wesley would not give him the chance to escape. He controlled the space folding so that the three of them would never complete the portal.

"This won't do. The three of us will run separately." Caecilius decisively chose to split up. The three of them were no match for him, so they could only choose to split up.

Casillas did not use a mage's array during the battle. Wesley was surprised by this. Why did mages not use arrays in battles? He had been looking forward to it.

The other party began to spread out. Wesley naturally could not let them do as they wished. He waved his hands in succession and the three of them began to be surrounded by the surrounding space folding. Wesley lost interest in continuing. The space folding accelerated and directly surrounded the three of them. Wesley condensed his staff of magic again.

"The game should be over. It's time for you to die." With that, Wesley waved his magic staff and rushed forward. He waved the big stick in his hand and attacked like a storm.

Caecilius fought hard with his two followers, but the difference was too great. They were indeed mages, but they were no match for Wesley in close combat. They were hit repeatedly, and there was no time to gather their weapons. They were beaten back by Wesley.

The three of them panted, bruised and battered. Caecilius still wanted to do his best. "You will not have a good ending for killing us. Doma is a god. He will not let you go."

"Hehe, where is your God so far? Shouldn't God be omnipotent? Why can't he even come into the earth and need you to use the summoning ritual? I never believed in the existence of God. What you think of God is just a powerful creature. Now you can go to hell to find God." Wesley raised his stick and slammed it down with a bang.

At the Sanctuary Mage Headquarters in Nepal, a space door suddenly opened in the training ground. Wesley walked out and looked around. There was no one there. He walked into the library again. The Fat King was pacing around anxiously.

"Fatty, what's wrong?" Wesley asked.

"Aiya, you're finally back. How's the situation? You and Master Ancient One left and no one came back for a long time. How can I not be anxious? How is Caecilius?" Fatty asked anxiously.

"Don't worry, it has been killed. You can inform Master Ancient One that they are back," Wesley said as if nothing had happened.

"Really? That makes me feel better. They killed the guardian of the London Temple and destroyed the temple. It's so terrible. I'll contact Master Ancient One and the others now."

Wesley went straight back to his room. This time, he used the means of a mage to fight. Of course, what he was using now was just the basic means of a mage. It was still easy to kill Casillas, but Wesley was not sure why the other party did not use an array.

Master Ancient One returned quickly. She brought back Stephen Strange, and Stephen Strange was actually wearing a cloak. Did he obtain a cloak even if he didn't fight? Wesley didn't think much of this. He had never wanted to have these artifacts. They were not very useful to him. He just didn't need them.

Master Ancient One entered Wesley's room and the two of them had a long conversation. Finally, she learned that Caecilius was dead and that he and all his followers had stayed in the Mirror Dimension forever. In this way, the crisis of the Temple was over and the past was so sudden. Master Ancient One was a little sad because Caecilius had been her favorite student.

That was how helpless things were. Wesley, on the other hand, had something to say about her. "Cassillas knows that you extract power from other spaces. Such things might happen again in the future, so I think you should tell everyone the whole story. Of course, there are some risks involved. Some people always like to pursue power, and so do I. But everyone has different goals. Some people are ambitious, while others are protective."

"Are you also curious?" Ancient One asked.

"I'm not curious, but I know something. There are dark spaces in the multiverse, so there will naturally be light spaces. These are easy to understand, and I don't think you absorb energy from Doma. Am I right?"

"That's right, you are very smart and rational. I am absorbing energy in the space of light, but every time I use it, it hurts so much that I want to die. The price of using these powers is too high." Ancient One said.

"It's just as I thought. If you get something, you give something. I think Stephen Strange is a good successor. You can give him the responsibility. Of course, he still needs to be honed. Or you can tell him about yourself, tell others, and make them understand what you've done. That's the right choice. Caecilius's words must arouse some people's thoughts, so you'd better cut these people's thoughts off early. It's never good to be unclear."

Master Ancient One thought for a moment and said, "I understand. I have to thank you for what I did when I went back. Otherwise, the headquarters would have been destroyed."

"It's my duty. It's good enough to learn spells here."

Master Ancient One left, and the next day she gathered everyone and then showed them the space mark in the middle of her forehead. But just as Wesley had thought, the mark on her forehead was different from Domam's. It was a mark of the Light Space, and she talked about the drawbacks of extracting energy. Every time she used it, her body had to suffer tremendous pain. It was the pain every Paragon had to endure, and she had endured it for hundreds of years.

Earth was actually not alone. Just like the Divine Realm, they had protected Earth in the past, and there were also people protecting Earth in the multiverse. Light and dark space were opposites. It was normal for one to destroy and the other to protect. If one was rational, it would be easy to think clearly.

However, Mage Modu fell silent. He was a person who worshipped the laws of nature. Mages should uphold the laws of nature. Mage Modu believed in the laws of nature. Now that Master Ancient One extracted energy from the Light Space, this was unacceptable to him.
