Chapter 307 - Barren Planet (1)

Wesley left after the Sanctum was stabilized. This time he was going to see Sky, and he hadn't seen him in months. The two of them just kept talking on the phone, and Sky hadn't gone to the alien underground city yet.

Wesley met Sky again at S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters. The two of them embraced and breathed in each other's scent. It was still familiar.

"Did you miss me?" Sky leaned his head into Wesley's arms and then asked the question every woman asks.

"Of course, how can you not want to? How many days can you take off this time?" Wesley asked.

"Three days, and then we are going to set out to find the alien city. We have a clue. I only have three days, are you ready to take me out now?" Sky said with a smile.

Wesley didn't waste any time. He led Sky to a place where no one was around. Then he opened a space door and, to Sky's surprise, brought her directly to the villa in New York.

Ellen, the butler, had not expected Wesley to suddenly return, but his professionalism allowed him to cope. Wesley, on the other hand, took Skye on a tour of the villa. Annabelle came over to please Skye as if she knew him well, as if she knew who Skye was when she wanted to.

"Is this your cat? It's so cute and obedient!" Sky said as he hugged Annabelle.

"Yes, but now it belongs to my sister Mindy. Annabelle is very smart and is a magical cat," Wesley said with a smile. Annabelle had been transformed by him once, and the effect was very obvious. Her IQ was very high, and she was equivalent to a human child.

That night, Carlos, Hannah, and Mindy returned home for a family dinner. Mindy was obviously a little depressed and not enthusiastic about Skye. Mindy thought her brother should be hers alone, but she was still too young. She was only fifteen today.

Three days passed quickly. Wesley and Sky had a fulfilling vacation, and then Wesley sent Sky away. The next time they met, Sky would be Shockwave Girl, and Wesley was looking forward to it.

"Wesley, you're back?" Saul was drinking a large glass of beer and put it down when he saw Wesley.

"Yes, let's get ready and go. I hope we can find a suitable planet," Wesley said.

"Can you tell me about mages? When did the earth have mages?" Saul asked.

"I don't know for long. I call them the Temple Mages. They have existed for a year. They are responsible for defending against the invasion of the earth by other spaces. Do you understand space?" Wesley asked.

"I know, the multiverse theory, but I don't really understand it. I just didn't expect there to be mages on Earth." Saul sighed.

"They are not in the same direction as us Avengers, but knowing the existence of each other, we are more at ease with each other. With so many people willing to protect the earth, we should be happy. At least we are not alone. This trip is mainly to learn something, and they are also very willing to teach me. They even participated in a mage war, although it is not what I thought."

Wesley had asked Master Ancient One before. The reason why mages fought in close combat or opened Mirror Dimension and used magic weapons or magic artifacts was very simple. There was a limit to the use of spells on Earth. The most basic way for an array to mobilize the power of the elements was to use the five major elements: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. Once these spells were activated, they would be too powerful and would consume a lot of magic power for a mage. Therefore, mages did not use them unless they were fighting creatures that appeared in other spaces and needed spells to deal with them.

Wesley was very happy to hear that. Because he had so much energy that he could not use it all, the restrictions on spells were of little use to him. However, he first needed to solve the problem of delicate use of energy. Too much energy had its drawbacks.

Controlling the space gem completely depended on experience, and he needed to constantly explore the feeling of releasing energy intensity. The space gem was not controlled by the apple, and Wesley also wanted to rely on himself to get used to the use of the space gem, which was good for his own strength.

Saul stopped asking Wesley questions about sorcerers. Instead, he took Loki's scepter and prepared to leave with Wesley, who also needed to do some preparation. After all, they were going to an alien planet.

There was not much left in his internal space, only some weapons and equipment. However, it was not clear how long he would stay in space this time, so he might as well prepare more.

Of course, it was necessary to have a place to live and food to eat in the wild. Food was easy to get, and the headquarters staff purchased it in large quantities. Then Wesley packed it up directly, but the place to live was not easy to solve. The tent was definitely not an option.

Therefore, Wesley modified a cell directly, and they stayed on Earth for another week. This cell was designed by S.H.I.E.L.D., and it was on Phil Coulson's plane. It could be dropped directly into space and used to capture special people. Then, it had its own power and could take off vertically. Wesley built a house three meters long and two meters wide, with a bed and a fixed desk and chair inside.

Then came the weapons. In order to prevent any accidents, Wesley brought an extra set of Iron Man Armor and a matching weapon. At the same time, he slacked off a large number of Earth weapons and came to the Divine Realm with Saul.

Odin had to be seen. It was impossible to leave the Divine Realm directly. Odin's mental state was not much. He was more than five thousand years old, but he still showed no signs of weakness. This was why Saul had never needed to take over the throne.

"Hello, my Knight. It's good to see you again. At the same time, thank you for giving up Loki's scepter," God King Odin said.

"You don't have to thank me for this. I think you know that this scepter should have an Infinity Stone on it, but we can't use it. It's safer in the Divine Realm," Wesley said directly.

"Yes, this scepter can close the space door opened by the Tesseract, so there should be a gem on it, so I asked Saul to bring it back, but we can't use it. The opposite is to use its energy. Maybe Loki can, but the child…" Odin fell silent.

Wesley didn't say anything more. Instead, he made a request, hoping that Heimdall would find him a barren planet where humans could survive but there were no problems.
