KONTAS
"Where is Madison?" Kontas asked Lydian as he made his way to the training ground.
"Isn't she with you?" Lydian asked, confused.
He knows that Madison is always with his master every time, so Kontas not being aware of where she was,is very surprising.
" I haven't seen since today"
"Let go ask her friend Rei" Lydian suggested heading towards where Rei was with the other slaves.
Kontas was confused about Madison's change of character towards him. Since after his transformation,it felt like she was avoiding him even though he doubted that.
He saw the familiar look on her face that day as she stared at him when he changed. The look of longing and pain was visible on her face.
He was convinced then that she was Catelyn,his Catelyn. No matter how hard she tries to hide it.
"My prince"
Q"What did she say?"
"She said Madison left with prince Nazim"
"Nazim? Why?"
Kontas didn't understand why Madison would be with Nazim. Him of all people, despite knowing how the two of them don't get along.
"Where did they go?"He asked with all seriousness..
Madison is a very stubborn girl. Why does she not ever listen? Kontas was really pissed at her.
Why doesn't she ever listen?
List of things she might be doing with Nazim in the garden all arranged themselves in Kontas' head as he made his way to the garden.
But what he saw wasn't what he expected nor anticipated
Madison eating with Nazim!
He wasn't expecting that. And that really fueled him up.
The girl does know how to get someone fuming in anger.
"Madison" He called calmly,not wanting Nazim to hear the irritation in his voice.
"You are here Kontas"
What? Kontas? Did she just call him Kontas?
He doesn't have a problem with her calling him by his name,but she doing it without even sparing him a glare was what pissed him off.
"Do you know how long I have been looking for you? And you are here eating" He snarled.
Madison heard the anger in his tune and that was what made her realize that he was actually raged at her .
"You don't have to be angry, I didn't think stepping out for a moment would be a big deal. I mean you never really cared about my movement,so I thought..."
Was she being serious right now? She's been gone for almost a whole day and Kontas has been worried sick thinking about the worst scenario that might have happened to her and she was there with Nazim of all people eating!.
Not waiting for her to say any more thing that provoked him,he left the garden dragging her along with him.
Gosh! Madison didn't understand what was wrong with him. Why was he acting so childish?
"Stop. You are hurting me!"Madison yelled,but he just turned deaf ears.
"Kontas I said you are hurting me!"She yelled again,this time releasing her hand forcefully.
"gods! What the hell was that for"
"Are you seriously asking me that?" He threw back not believing she was actually acting like she doesn't know what she just did.
"What was that drama you played over there all about?"
"What are you talking about?"
She pretended like she didn't know what he was saying was annoying him.
"Just forget."
"No, I won't forget Kontas. What the fuck is your problem?" She yelled, staring angrily at him.
He's always trying to pick a fight with her every single time and this time around,she was going to give him that fight he was asking for.
"Don't you dare use that word on me again or else..."He warned.
The guards outside could feel the tension coming from inside and they were confused on what to do.
"Or else what Kontas? You know what? Fuck you Kontas! Fuck you a million times and fuck..."
Before she could complete her sentence, Kontas kissed her.
Madison was surprised and taken aback by his action. She wasn't expecting that from him. So when he broke the kiss,she could only stare at him with wide eyes.
"What.. What do you do that for?" She stuttered.
"You talk too much," He replied.
The silence between them was annoying and awkward. Madison didn't like it at all,so she tried to make the situation better.
"Am hungry, hope there is food here"
Kontas smiled. He finds her cute trying to make the atmosphere less awkward.
"Do you think I don't have a plan before bringing you here? Come with me"
He took her to the tower that was at the far end of the palace. You could see the whole of begtuok from there.
Madison couldn't stop the gasp that escaped her mouth. In front of her were different kinds of foods from Earth tabled out in front of her.
Even her favourite dessert chocolate was there.
"You did all of these?"She asked tearily.
"Yes I did. It wasn't easy getting it here"
"Aww! That was so sweet of you" She grinned as she hugged him and pecked him on the lips at the same time.
"Are you happy?" He asked as she nodded.
"Now you won't have any reason to dine with Nazim"
"Were you jealous?"She asked but instead of answering,he went and took a seat then started eating.
"Guess you were jealous."Madison smiled as she went and also took a seat.
As Kontas watched Madison eat, and the way she made sure to test all the food,he couldn't be any more convinced that she was his Catelyn.
He just doesn't know why she was hiding it.
"Why do you always speak respectfully with Nazim,but you don't with me?" Kontas asked.
He has seen the way Madison always acts with Nazim. But when she is with him,she acts however she wants.
"Because you are an asshole" she replied immediately, not even giving the question a thought.
"What?"
"I said because you are an asshole,"She repeated.
She saw the way changed and she smiled.
"And I like asshole, because am always myself with him,and I don't have to pretend to be someone else"
Kontas knew there was a deeper meaning to what she said,but he didn't ask her to explain.
He will wait till she is ready.
"I know it has been hard on you all these years I wasn't here. And I am so sorry for not coming back soon. I just need a little more time,and everything will be the way it is meant to be, okay?"
Kontas nodded.
He trusts her,he has always trusted her. And he knows if she needs him,she would let him know.
