Zephyr had not lied, rather, he may have not prepared him enough, I can prove by the fact I'm sitting against this teleporter, trying to not hurl, all over this nice stone floor. Zephyr looked down at me. "Ready to leave yet?" I stood up with a groan, taking a second to make sure the change in pressure Wasn't going to make this floor green rather than grey. "Yeah I'm fine."
"Alright, once we get to a more comfortable place we can discuss you a little bit more, as you may have noticed are description for our general soldiers aren't, very, descriptive... When people don't awaken, and that happens fairly often we can forcefully awaken them with an F tier class, it's actually the only way to get an F tier class. If you land a D or C tier you will start with a higher position in the army and be considered a soldier worth value. As for B tier or above you will become part of our special forces, deployed to where you are needed, you will take orders directly from our sectors General, General Delran." As we walked out of the portal room we found our selves in a large hallway. "we're inside the castles interior, the upper floor, I'll take you to one of the guest rooms were we can have a more in depth discussion about cores." We silently navigated the halls, we made our way to the stairs and went down to the lower floor. After maybe 20 more seconds of walking we found a nice oak door. Zephyr pulled a key out of no where, probably a inventory, and unlocked the door.
Zephyr and I took a step inside, it looked fairly simple but well furnished, the bed looked better than the one I used to have, so, that was a bonus, of the things inside the room there was a fireplace that had no hole in it but the fire wasn't even smoking, it gently crackled yet never seemed to actually shrink, a smooth dark oak table with some padded chairs sat near it, 2 full book shelves lined the wall opposite of the fire place, a dresser and some empty shelves. Zephyr walked over and puller out a chair at the end of the table and gestured to me to sit at the other end.
"Alright let me explain as to why you are joining the special forces no matter what, even if you roll D tier, you have a dark aspect, this is easily the most destructive mana type, and also incredibly rare. We don't actually know all of it's components, we know that light is always present but we can't find out what the other core mana is, whenever you attempt to separate one from the other it simply explodes. But that doesn't matter. Dark classes are easily some of the strongest so even a D tier dark class is quite strong, but the main reason is all special force divisions need a well rounded roster of all types, and we lack a dark type, we would prefer a mage but that is likely to happen anyway. Most dark classes are mages, Death Knights are the only melee focused dark class, all dark casters have their own niece. Dark Mages have nothing special about them but are still strong, the basic mage type pretty much, Warlocks can use hp to cast spells, , Hex masters have lots of aoe de buff's, and necromancers can lead hordes of undead. Not a single one is a bad class."
"So I have lot's of potential then?" Zephyr nodded, "pretty much, normally we would wait for your core to form and class to be formed, meet the B tier requirements before we approached you, but, Yknow, dark type"
Zephyr sighed, "alright it's time to talk about core formation, we can increase the chance of you getting higher tier classes by making your body absorb dark mana prematurely, but that comes at later, since your going to need a more apt description on this lovely little piece of parchment since you are going to be way more important than just any odd soldier." And so began a much longer talk about his life.

During his stay he spent most of his money on books about gathering. He slowly improved and by 14 quit working at the stables and spent most days gathering. It had been about 2 hours before they finished and Zephyr looked beat. He stood up rolled the parchment up, bound it, and let out a sigh of relief, "we're done, last thing we need to do is get you infused, it's pretty simple." He pulled a black crystal out of his inventory, "this is a dark mana crystal, all you need to do is keep it here and stay in the room, slowly this room will fill with dark mana and since you are currently forming a core will be automatically siphoned into your core increasing it's quality." Zephyr stood up and stretched with a yawn cracked his neck, making his brown hair glisten a little in the firelight. "I'm headin to sleep." it made sense, there was a window in his room, and the sun was about to set "I'll have the Castle maids deliver somethin to eat, anything in particular you want?" I felt a slight smile spread across my lips "Yeah, Tomato Soup, and some Spicy sausages, I'll take some bread too, Whole grain."
