I rested on the edge of the door staring into Trevor's dark room, I could see him lying on his bed with his back to me.
The beaming soft light of his phone caught my attention. I reached out across to the door and knocked before a soft cough followed to get his attention.
"Hi..." I whispered softly and then smiled.
"Why are you standing there like that?." He asked me. I took a few steps backwards in fright.
"No!, I meant you may come in, little Princess."
I could see the blurry smile on his face through the help of his phone screen light. I walked forward towards him and I found myself perching on the end of his reading desk, my hands pressed against his reading desk while I stood staring at him nervously.
"You know you can sit on my bed right?." He asked me and I hummed as I replied. "Mhmmm."
"You're kinda different this year." He said.
"I am sorry."
I felt his hand right hand on my left thigh as he leaned forward for what I assumed was a kiss on the lips but rather his lips laid on my cleavage. I shoved his muscular body off my body and instantly walked out of his room in fright.
"You have changed Mavis." His words echoed in my head.
I turned around swiftly and lunched myself at him, my kneels pressed against the bed, I kissed him gently trying not to look desperate. He took hold of me like he was trying to peel my bra off without taking off my shirt.
"Stop!, you're different as well Trevor!, you were calm and loving last summer but here you are right now!." I stepped down from the bed and walked out with my head held up high.
I walked out of the room with tears in my eyes.
"Am I overdoing this?." I thought trying to hold back the urge to run back into his arms because despite everything that was wrong with me he was someone I didn't have to explain why I was always sore.
I placed my back against my bedroom door and looked out to the corridor before I turned around and walked into my room.
The smell of freshly baked cookies hit my nose and I immediately turned back, I was striding down the hallways quickly, taking short excited quick steps with my big legs crashing against the wooden floorboard.
"You wanna join in?." Rachael winked at my mum seductively and I saw the cute little smile and the fireflies in her eyes.
I stepped back into the shadows to observe them, Annie walked across to Rachael from the end she stood, she pulled on Rachael's chin and kissed her.
I closed my eyes tight and robbed on my closed eyelids before I opened them but yet I found our mums kissing passionately without the realization of me standing in the shadows.
"Ouch!." I cried out when I felt the sting of my pinch.
Their lips detached, and they turned to stare into the darkness, Annie my step-mother stretched her neck trying to stand on her toes looking forward into the outstretched shadows of themselves and the kitchen island.
"Who is it?." Rachael asked while she took casual steps towards me. "I am sorry to see that but it is so hot!!."
I was trying to grasp what I had seen but that was the cutest and the most sexy thing I have ever seen.
"Oh no honey, you didn't tell me you weren't straight!!." "What?!!. Come on Annie!!."
I cracked into laughter when Annie spoke, I was always passed on as a lesbian which always made me a bit distant from the girls at school.
"Come on! sit here."
Annie or should I call her my step-mother!. She tapped on the wooden stool next to her while I watched Rachael walk across the room to the panel of switches on the wall, she flipped the switch turning on the lights in the kitchen while Annie blew off the candle lights that sat right in front of her.
"Wine?." Rachael suggested with a smirk.
I had never seen her so beautiful before or was it the lighting in this room? I looked around and then my eyes finally laid back on her.
"Girl!!, did you do something to your hair?, you looking pretty as f•ck!!." I sighed heavily following my statement like I was a man trying so hard to get a girl blushing and drooling all over her.
"Aww, thanks sweetie." Rachael smiled.
I felt a nudge on my right upper arm.
"How come I don't get such compliments?." Annie asked.
Her eyes were squeezing close and her teeth grinding.
"You get that from Dad all the time!, where do you think I learnt that from?."
I propped off my seat and waved them both good bye playfully.
I walked out of the kitchen only for my head to pop back in with my fingers pinching on the wall next to me as a support while standing.
"Oh yeah!!, did you guys bake cookies?."
They looked at each other and both shook their heads.
I sighed in disappointment and walked away, my feet stumped on the stairs.
"She's just my mum's best friend's daughter!."
I shrug at Trevors words, despite our relationship I knew that was exactly what I was to him.
"Why is she kissing up to you?." A female voice caught me off guard.
The loud laughter of Trevor was horrific, he sounded like one of those monsters out of a horror movie or the villains in superhero movies.
"She can never think of even being my friend, talk more of someone I had even date, like come on! She's fat, she's ugly! She has very bad hair like who dates a redhead!!, eww and trust me she must have a potbelly!."
I stumbled backwards in shock, how could he say such words like I was a filthy animal?
"Hmm She's definitely a wannabe ." The girl giggled. "She looks like a ball though she has beautiful hips and thighs, kinda sexy."
"Sexy?, hell no she looks like a hippo, I can't wait to see her disgusting belly sticking out of the dress my mum has gotten her for her birthday or when she wears a bikini and looks like patrick star."
"Is that you Trevor?." I stuttered.
I had to put a face to the words I had heard. I needed to know if he could say each and every word she had said to the girl to my face.
"Yes!. You little pig who wants to be a slay queen!."
