Author and sam could not believe their eyes of how beautiful and how large the Kingdom looked like.
From the sellers selling different types of items including magicians fake, or real, selling
magic potions to the buyers who want to take everything at the market but have less money. The kingdom, though very busy, it was very beautiful.
"Someone help me that thief over there have seized the last silver coin that I had to survive on." A little girl rushed towards one of the soldiers to complain.
" Get out of my way homeless girl , we got slaves to trade. Except you want to be part of them." A soldier spoke.
The little hope in the girl's eyes just vanished away.
' Even with their own kind, they can't treat well? These guys are heartless.' Author looked at the soldiers and they were not concentrating on the girl anymore so he struggled to send his chained hand in his pocket and took out a gold coin and tosed it over to the girl.
The girl became happy because a gold coin meant that she could exchange it for 10 silver coins or twenty bronze coins wich could Last her for a while.
She thanked Author and disappeared in the crowd jumping like the kid that she was.
People had gathered in a square and they were chatting with each other very excitingly.
" Man, this slaves this year, I must confess they are alot of pretty girls included."
" Yeah I agree I got my eyes on the girl with white hair, I love her big breasts and ass."
" I never knew the kingdom of OZZ had such beautiful women."
" I heard their Prince was captured too, I wonder if he might be among them."
" I guess. And I strongly believe he is the one. I mean the tall and handsome boy standing next to the bald boy."
" We will see about that with time." The crowd stopped chatting as they saw that the captain of the Slave traders was about to give a speech.
" Ladies and gentlemen, I know we all have been waiting for this for a long time. Well, here is the prize for your patience. Strong and beautiful slaves from the kingdom of OZZ.
" As you all know we will begin from the cheapest to the most expensive slaves.
So they will come in that order and the slaves wich are not bought will be beheaded." The slave trader took the first person wich was a skinny boy.
" Now let's hear the highest bidder.
Anyone?"
The crowd remained silent.
" Usually the first slaves to be auctioned end up dying since everyone was waiting for the best slaves to buy." Said someone from the crowd.
" Okay he dies." The slave trader sent the boy to a man holding an axe and later on screams were heard, then silence followed.
All the rest slaves had the look of horror in their faces as they witnessed what could be their fate and the weak ones were already crying.
" If you Keep crying and end up looking weak, you will be killed like that too." Said Sam to a girl standing beside him.
Slave were bought at different prices depending on how valuable they appeared to their masters.
Author had made up his mind that; than that he should work as he slave, he better dies, so he came up with a very good death plan.
When it came to Sam's turn ,he popped out his chest to look strong and impressive.
" Now let's go with this baldy" Said the slave trader.
The crowd decided to keep quiet.
'What is going on, don't I look impressive?' Thought Sam as he became Scared and confused.
" Wel, he dies. "
" No I cannot die" Sam started running up and down through the crowd.
While some soldiers were behind Sam,
Author was taken to be auctioned.
" Well let's move on to the next slave."
And Author was brought forward.
"What ? An imbecile? I do not remember carrying one along with me.
Whatever, who can offer a gold coin for this?"
The slave trader said pointing at Author who was pretending to be an imbecile.
The crowd remained quiet.
" Well at least there will be someone to pay a silver coin?
The crowd remained silent.
' Yes my plan is finally working. Don't worry Sam we will die together.' Thought Author.
" Well, he dies."
Author was sent to the man holding an axe and he knelt down and placed his head on the slaughter alter.
Just before the axe was sent down Author was seen smiling and it was wiped away when a voice said
" Ten Thousand Gold Coins." The axe stopped just before making contact with Author's neck.
Everyone was shocked to hear someone paying such a price that had never been paid before even on the strongest of men, for a common imbecile.
Obviously everyone turned their heads to see the mysterious buyer.
It was a woman wearing a long robe with a Cap covering her head.
" My lady are you sure of your decision? " Asked the slave trader.
" Yes. I will pay 10000 Gold coins to save his life and make him my slave." Replied the Mysterious woman.
" Okay he is all yours." Author was sent to the woman immediately but Author decided to stop his act because he knew it was useless as his plan had already failed.
Everyone's mouth dropped open as they saw how tall, handsome and strong Author was, then they understood why the woman had to pay such a huge price, even though at his current state they still couldn't buy him for such a price, so the matter still remained a mystery.
When Author reached beside his master, he heard Sam's voice from behind him, on the stage, shouting and begging for mercy and all Author could do was Watch in horror as his friend was placed on the Slaughter Alter.
Tears could be seen in Author's eyes as he watched his friend struggle fruitlessly and images of him making funny jokes flashed in his mind wich made Author more frustrated.
