The Elite small group of the Blue team caught up to Vlad and the rest. They were on the edge of the collapsing ground near the arena's west side.
Vlad sensed them as they entered the vicinity of his Heightened Eye Sight from his Ruby Eyes.
"Guys... Let's move a bit into the inner area. A separate group is headed towards our position."
"Can't we just outrun them?" Asked by Amy.
Vlad looked back and zoomed in using his Ruby Eyes. He saw that the group was speeding towards them. Vlad knew that he could easily outrun them if they stayed at that speed but he might have trouble fighting them on his own.
He decided to face them and whittle down the group as he sacrificed the rest of the team for his survival. After all, it's better to fight when you have a lot of bodies to throw at your opponent in such a matchup.
"We can't outrun them. They'll eventually catch up. We need to move inwards a bit."
