On November 6, 2022, the first and highly anticipated Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (VRMMORPG) «Notorious Art Realm», began its official service at 13:00.

The game's first 100,000 copies were sold out within moments and about as many players logged in the moment the official service began.

However, the enjoyment did not last long as, several hours later, players noticed that the log out button was not working.

Soon afterwards, all players were teleported to the beginners town, where an avatar in red robes descended from the sky and introduced himself as the game's creator, Kazuki Okino.

Okino announced to all players that the only way for them to log out was to beat the game by clearing the boss of the Floating Castle. Okino then informed the players that all methods of revival were removed from the game and that if they died in the game they died in real because the game device would use microwaves to destroy the player's brain. This was how the death game known as « Notorious Art Realm » began.

Around 1 year later

I open my eyes and embrace the morning sun. Right now,I've been trapped in this world for around 1 year. I saw many tragedy and death inside this game but I also found friend and girl that I love

"But isn't the security bad ?" I ask
