"I swear! It's cool, Jasper!"
Clara took a deep breath of air in the place she had just been to. Both hands stretched out, feeling a gust of wind hitting her body. Jasper smiled at how happy his wife was. He walked up to Clara after putting their suitcases in the room.
"Are you happy?" he asked as he hooked his arms around Clara's waist, then pecked the woman's lips.
Clara nodded. "Thank you," she said.
Don't know why Jasper brought Clara over. He thought the woman would probably be able to calm down a bit here. Moira Beach was his and he could freely be there because the villa they were in was his as well. Over the course of many years, Jasper invested some of his possessions just to make his mate reincarnation feel happy with him, regardless of how his ambitions were to become the most powerful in the Immortal world.
"You know, I'm glad to see you happy, Clara," Jasper whispered right beside the woman's ear to make Clara's heart ripple. "I'm even willing to do anything to make you happy, even if it risks my life."
"Hm? Really?" Clara frowned, being crushed by a nod by the black-haired man. "That is, if he kidnaps me back, you will protect me?"
Jasper was silent. Of course, the he clara was referring to was Brandon Hover, the Black Witcher who claimed to be Clara's husband. Jasper took a sip of saliva. His inner self was furious when he remembered the man.
"I will certainly protect you," he said firmly.
"Jasper," the brunette woman called. "What if he comes here? I'm scared."
Jasper's blue eyes circulated for a moment. "I have already asked my men to guard around this place. You take it easy. This beach is ours, so there is no way anyone can break through here even if it is a cockroach once."
Clara chuckled lightly. How could that husband equate a bad person with a cockroach? It's so funny!
The woman turned around and framed Jasper's stern jaw with both hands. "Promise me," she said.
Jasper pecked clara's one palm for a moment. "I promise."
The two spent the holiday there for a few days. It feels like Jasper's body becomes more excited more often because his emotions are also stable. He touched and hooked up with Clara more often than before they went to Moira.
So it was with Clara. Her emotions did improve, but her body seemed to be hit hard. How come? Jasper took her to have sex at all times, even when she didn't want it. In fact, Clara wanted to know Jasper's purpose in loving and marrying her other than just to protect her and have kids from her. However, Jasper has always refused to answer questions that concern it.
"Jasper... stop...," Clara said.
Jasper immediately stopped the movement of his hips. He knew the woman was exhausted even in the most comfortable position. The man let go of his own, then lay behind Clara and hugged his wife's body.
"Are you okay?" he whispered later.
Clara nodded. She let Jasper fall asleep hugging her. In the meantime, her eyes were staring at the slightly open window. The light white curtains covering it seemed to flutter gracefully in the night breeze. Out there, the pool water in their villa looked very mesmerizing, highlighted by Luna's dimness.
However, suddenly a shadow was seen by Clara. Her eyes shattered instantly. She slightly broke free from Jasper's arms. The man squirmed for a moment before finally returning to the tails. Clara put on her pajamas for a moment, then walked close to the window.
There was no one outside. However, something caught her eye. Clara glanced at Jasper for a while, then decided to go outside for a moment. If it is true that Jasper said that no one came here, then she can breathe a sigh of relief. It's possible that it was one of the guards who was going around at night.
Clara searched until spreading her gaze in all directions. The night wind from the cold sea made her shudder. She rubbed both arms many times to warm the body. All of a sudden, a hand smothered her mouth, while another hand grabbed her body and carried her away from there.

Clara knew this wasn't a good sign. She found the look in the red eyes of the figure who led her to a forest by the beach, not far from their villa. The man let go of his blockage and let Clara turn around to look at him.
"Who are you?" the woman said. Her brown eyes lit up at the figure in front of her.
The man uncrowded the hood, revealing his handsome and symmetrical face. His red eyes seemed to flash.
"Y-you...." Clara was about to run away, but her intentions failed after the man again blocked her arm. "Let me go!"
Brandon Hover—the man—took off his block. He sighed as he looked at Clara. "I want to talk to you," he said.
The look on the man's face looked serious and it made Clara shudder slightly. After all, she felt suspicious of why the man knew if he was here. Jasper said that no one knew about this place, right?
"What do you want to talk about?" the woman asked later. "Speak now! I don't have much time!"
Brandon sighed. He nodded. "Please, go home," he said very softly. The roar of the waves accompanied his words. "Go home, Clara, come back with me."
Clara trailed off. She looked at the man up and down, and then went back upstairs. She shook her head, still incredulous that what was in front of her now was her husband who came from the human world. However, Brandon being Black Wicher? Clara didn't even expect that the man turned out to be the enemy of her Werewolf husband here.
"Clara, I know you definitely didn't expect me to come here," Brandon said. "I... I'm sorry about our last fight. I'm sorry for my mistake."
Clara took a sip of saliva. The man also still remembers the matter of the quarrel that eventually caused him to have an accident.
"I'm here to catch up with you... for wanting you to come back. I want us to repeat our relationship as it used to be," the man continued. "I know, you'll definitely be surprised by my current appearance, Clara. But, I have no other choice. I can only be like this in order to catch up with you and take you home."
Clara's heart beat as if it stopped abruptly. Brandon's remarks just now sounded sincere and she had never seen the man so weak before. Her saliva was perfectly tumbled, trying to digest any actions and decisions that would later come out of her mouth.
"Clara." Brandon stepped up to the woman, but undone because Clara actually inched back. He nodded. "I'm sorry for scaring you," he said later.
"I...." Clara hung her remarks. "I can't go, Brandon."
Brandon stuttered himself and looked straight at the woman in front of him. The niches of his heart choked. "Why? Why, Clara?"
