It didn't take long before the conference room was full and Diamond, alongside her parents, walked into the conference room as well.
Diamond had her parents sit just next to her. The staff had left two empty seats alongside her chair, making it easy for her and her parents.
When she was seated, Diamond looked relaxed, as always.
When facing her employees, as long as they didn't commit any crimes, use their authority to bully others or embezzle her money, she didn't see any reason to be very strict.
They were all one family and a family didn't need to pressure each other all the time to get things done. Unless it was necessary to do so.
"Hello, everyone!" with a smile on her face, Diamond started by greeting the many faces in the conference room as her hands were placed on top of the desk.
"Good morning, boss!"
"Good morning, Ms. Diamond."
"Morning, Ms. Perry!"
