Chapter 35 - CHAPTER 35

Diamond had to divert the lady's attention. So she praised Faith to the nine, and the lady got comforted and began to feel less anxious.

Around one and a half hours later, the doors of the theatre opened, and the doctor came out.

Diamond, who had been seated, stood up anxiously seeing the doctor.

No matter what, it was still a scary moment and anyone would only want to receive good news at a moment like this.

"Be at ease and stop worrying. The operation was successful and ........"

As for the rest that the doctor said, Diamond no longer listened. A smile was on her face as she mused, Faith was well and this was what mattered.

'Being able to help someone was truly a good thing.'

Faith's mother turned to her once again and began to thank her, but it wasn't as crazy as she once did in the beginning.

"It's good that she is okay. We will continue to come and check up on her ….." Diamond assured Faith's mother for a while before leaving the hospital.

They couldn't continue to stay at the hospital, as they had other things to do. Ruby was going to be busy in the future. And just thinking of this, Diamond couldn't help but smirk, anticipation filling her.

With Diamond and her crew gone, the hospital was filled with a lot of joy.

A lot of people had unintentionally seen the whole process. To think that there were still people who could just pay for hospital bills without causing a fuss like that. They all wanted to know who these people were.

Faith's friend who had taken a video earlier couldn't help but shed tears, knowing that her friend was doing okay.

She wasn't like Faith, who donated money to an unknown charity foundation; she was always a cautious person. And knowing that people from the foundation were coming to the hospital, she wanted to record their hypocrisy. But who knew it would be entirely something different?

With just a glance, she could tell that Ms. Diamond was the owner and founder of the foundation. And the lady didn't lack money at all. So, her opening a foundation was for a genuine cause.

In the end, she edited the video, posted it on her IONIQ account, and tagged the DIAMOND OF HOPE foundation.

[PRETTYSIS: I believe in society once again. I wasn't expecting to see something like this. But this unknown foundation had done a great deed and saved a dear friend of mine. If it weren't for them, I don't know what would have happened. So, I am thanking them at this moment and also apologizing for being trustworthy. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Faith's friend, despite coming from an average family had a huge following on her social media account.

She could be considered an influencer, as she was active online all the time. She had taken great care with her accounts and her following was around three thousand. And this took her around one and a half years to achieve.

So, this post was seen and shared by 3,000 people, which resulted in huge traffic for the DIAMOND OF HOPE page, earning it a huge number of followers.

The pitiful follower count of hundreds finally skyrocketed and reached thousands in just one day, and this was caused by a single post.

Seeing the video that was shared by PRETTYSIS, the tech guy saved it and added it to the library. Because Diamond had gone to the hospital, they didn't take any photos or videos, so this video became evidence that the foundation helped Faith apart from the bank transfer record.

This move actually was very helpful to the foundation, as many people got to know about it. Social media influence was simply something that people shouldn't joke about.

Diamond also couldn't help but keep watch on the page and seeing the ever-changing follower count, she was very happy.

Ruby was given the task of checking up on Faith and since she was young, she also got to interact with PRETTYSIS, whose name was Kayla, and the other fan who messaged the foundation Teyra.

Ruby was around their age, so they quickly clicked, and Ruby wanted to advertise her elder sister's foundation.

Thanks to Ruby, Faith's family and friends got to know more about the foundation and its deeds. Although they weren't much, it was already a lot and something that others wouldn't causally do.

To think that all this money was privately funded, they couldn't help but think of how rich Diamond was to spend casually like that.

In the following days, the follower count increased drastically and so did the donations.

Faith woke up after three days, and the girl was going to be okay. Which was the best news everyone concerned ever received. The money that the foundation had spent was enough for all expenses, so the foundation didn't have to spend more money again.

At the same time, the foundation received several cases of people who needed help, and everyone was busy again. As information needed to be collected on these people, everyone had to work hard.

What made Diamond feel at ease was how Ruby made a lot of friends during that short period. Her friends were very enthusiastic and also helped to promote the foundation.

Apart from looking for information, the foundation also received a new wave of clients who needed counseling.

Diamond was the happiest about this. The foundation was gaining positive popularity and this was enough.

In the second week of Ruby's arrival, the foundation once again helped another kid who was hospitalized and this time, they recorded everything and posted it on the page.

As people wanted to see, they were eager to show them what they were doing as well.

Diamond didn't forget to check on the school and everything was coming out well.

The foundation's bank account was now around five million, and Diamond instructed Andrea to stop trading and concentrate on her personal savings.

The money in the account was enough to last them for a while, although charities weren't obliged to pay taxes, the AURS still must audit the bank accounts and she didn't want to be asked a lot of questions in the future.
