(AH! I gave Qin his first quest! I can't believe it! haha)
"...should I be worried with how excited you are?"
(Doesn't matter! Doesn't matter! There's a kid in-danger! That take priority!)
A kid? how could there be a kid in the middle of this forest? even if this is a dream isn't this a bit much-! An ear-piercing scream rang through the air, Qin flinched the voice was young and guttered, Why was that so realistic? Qin hesitated if there was a child then...he couldn't just leave them alone even if this is a dream he'd feel guilty about it after he woke up, it's a dream anyway so it's not like anything's going to happen. Qin started to get up
"The sound came from this way right?"
Qin glanced over to his left, even if this was a dream it's better to be safe than sorry. he walked over to a tree on his left, he hesitated for a moment before reaching out to grab onto one of the low hanging branches.
[What are you doing?]
"The kid was screaming right? I'm not just going to walk into a potentially dangerous situation unarmed"
[....Yes, I see your point]
Qin strained for a moment before he heard a creak, He smiled for a moment before the branch broke off causing him to stumble backwards and trip over. after a moment Qin stood up again and sung the branch a few times. It was light and probably couldn't take more than a few hits before it would snap in two. Not the best weapon but it would do.
(Why are you just sitting there! There's a kid in trouble! come on we have to hurry!)
"Right right off I go"
They had been walking for a few minutes now and Qin was beginning to doubt whether or not the quest had just turned out to be an optional location quest.
"Fui are we headed the right way?"

For a moment the image of a little kid proudly showing his parents his failed math grade appeared in Qin's mind, It made him want to laugh.
"We're lost enough as it is let's just hea-"
"Hurry up we ain't got all day"
Maybe it was instinct or maybe Qin was just shocked after hearing a human voice for the first time in a while, but he quickly ducked behind the closest tree.
"Hey Boss, I-I know the kid was a lot of trouble to catch, but a-are you sure we're gonna get anything for this? I-I mean we've been chasing this kid for days now and-"
"Shut up! Like I already told you, we're gonna get alot for him. So just shut up and do what your told, unless you don't want your cut, cuz if that's the case then just keep on talking!"
"N-no Sir please! I'll shut up don't take my cut!"
"Ha, that's what I thought"
...Is this human trafficking? Qin glanced round the trunk, in the clearing their we're two guy. The one on the right was tall and buff, he looked like he was made of muscle, the big burly brute looking type, he had what looked like a gauntlet on his hand? The burte was at least 6'2. He looked like he could crush Qin's skull in an instant.
The guy on the right on the other hand. He was skinny as a twig, he was wearing a long robe? and held a long stick with a strange orb on the end. if that guy is a brute then this ones a mage right? unlike the brute the mage had long black hair. Neither of the were facing his way so he couldn't get a good look at their faces. Is their something by there feet? Qin squinted slightly, by their feet there was what looked like a metal cage. Qin flinched, Don't tell me....
The mage moved aside slightly allowing Qin to see the cage clearly, inside there was a boy he couldn't have been older than 7 maybe 8. Wait are they seriously kidnappers?
(Ah! Qin the kid! we have to help him!)
"Shut up!" Qin hissed back, the brutes head snapped towards them.
"Eep! W-what's with that, don't turn so suddenly...your scary enough as it is"
"Shut your trap! there's someone here"
"Huh! w-where?! ah I don't like this!"
"Will you just shut up!"
"Eep! I'm sorry"
If they come over here I'm dead for sure. His ear twitched, huh? He glanced to his left, the bush shook, something was in there. He stiffened, they were in the middle of the wood on one side he had kidnappers and on the other an unknown beast, just great.
"I'm gonna check it out"
!-Your joking right? am I seriously gonna die in a dream? the rusilling got louder, if possible Qin stiffened even more. After a moment something jumped out and ran passed him.
"AHHHH!"
"Hey get up! It's just a One-horn, seriously how the hell have you survived up till this point?"
"Uhh sorry...!"
The brute glanced around before turning back towards his companion, the One-horn as they called it--it looks like a rabbit with a horn on its head--looked at the cage before scurrying off. Qin let out a sigh at least I wasn't found.
[Master, if I may at your current level you most likely won't be able to defeat them]
....Why does this guy think I'm hiding back here? For fun?
[No need to respond, I was simply thinking that since the child is in trouble I might be of some use, I am a protection system after all]

....if Azrael was human he would be quite the annoying guy to deal with, no wait he's already annoying. So even more annoying than.
