Chapter 1 - Welcome to create on WEBNOVEL

Chapter one

She had thighs like a drumstick and fierce, wild brunette hair. She was a big woman not figuratively speaking but physically too but that did not stop the way she moved, with grace and poise. She was on the fat side, tall as well and that was not a favorable stature to be in a world where werewolves exist. Creatures who are known for their beautiful physique and who are by nature fit and strong in contrast to how she looked. She had always known she was different, not only because of her size but also the fact that she and her brother were among the few wolves who couldn't shift. They were few, born with the werewolf gene who couldn't shift. They were the weakest by nature and always protected by the members of the pack.

This had been Lina's life and she had made peace with it. She was content with her life now, with her family; her brother and mom. They had just arrived at their new pack, her father's pack to be precise. Lina's father was a non-shifter as well, he left the pack because he saw no reason to stay. He settled with humans, found a wife, and started a family.

Lina's father, Andrew Roberts had just passed away and her mother, Emma decided to bring her children home. This would have been what Robert wanted for his children, somewhere he knew they would be protected.

They all stepped out of the vehicle and stood in front of the official pack house. It was a mansion and an extravagant but homely building situated right in the middle of the pack's property, it was hard to miss. Lina had never been to a pack but like everyone else, she knew they existed, werewolves had revealed themselves to the world two centuries ago, and ever since then, there has been a treaty between the two species.

Staring at the mansion before them, Lina thought, they could truly have a life here, a community that cared about each other. A people to connect with and fall back on. Something she had not had while growing up, she had her family but she had always known something was missing.

Reaching her hands out to ruffle her brother's hair like she always did, her brother slapped her hand away and she just giggled. Ever since he hit puberty he had been acting all manly and grown up, he didn't like it when she did that in public. Chances were he wanted to make a mature first impression on the pack.

Her giggling stopped when she felt a piercing stare, a stare that made the hairs at the back of her head stand and her entire body tingle. She turned and met a silver gaze that entrapped her into its beautiful orbs.
