Cloe followed Stephen after a while and found him in their bedroom sitting on the bed ,he looked like he was in deep thoughts , Cloe observed his face trying to read his emotions but she failed.
"What are you thinking about ?"Cloe asked when she failed to read his emotions , Stephen didn't even look at her,"Stephen , can't you hear that am talking to you ?"Cloe asked but he didn't respond.
Cloe walked closer to him and pinched him, Stephen immediately stood up ,he relaxed only when he realized that it was Cloe ,"what are you doing?"Stephen asked her ,"I was just trying to bring you back to earth ,"Cloe replied , Stephen looked at her ,he couldn't understand what she was talking about.
"You were trying to bring me back to earth , what does that suppose to mean ?"Stephen asked her ,"I come here and tried talking to you but no matter how many times I tried talking to you you weren't responding ,I had to do that to get your attention,"Cloe replied.
"My goodness , I was in deep thought I didn't even notice that you were already here ,"Stephen said ,"what were you thinking about?"Cloe asked him ,"I was thinking of how we are going to give my parents and the kids a surprise,"Stephen replied.
"What suprise are you talking about?"Cloe asked ,she didn't remember planning a surprise with him,"am planning on following them to the vacation ,"Stephanie replied ,"what do you mean that you are planning to follow them , they don't mention when they were going for the vocation, how will we be able to follow them ?"Cloe asked after she thought about the possibility of him knowing the place his parents were taking the kids to the vocation .
"I have my ways ,if I decide to know where they are going or I need to do is to make a single phone call, speaking of that where is my phone , I will call someone now ,"Stephen said ,he took his phone from trousers pocket and attempted to call someone but Cloe was quick to take the phone from him.
"What are you doing , give me my phone back!"Stephen said but Cloe didn't give him the phone ,she stared at him instead ,"you aren't calling anyone , they have planned the vocation for the kids ,the kids are very excited to go,I won't stand and watch as you spoil the fun,"Cloe said.
Stephen was shocked when he heard that,he had thought that his wife really wanted to go for the vocation but she was the one stopping him from going ,he decided that he wasn't going to bother about that anymore ,he didn't want to go in the first picture ,he was going all that for her.
John who was laying on his bed was very excited about the vocation,he even texted his friend and told him about the vocation ,"hi Jayden ,"John texted his friend,"hi John , what's up?"his friend texted his back ,"are you already asleep?"John asked him ,he hoped that he wasn't asleep so that he can tell him about the vocation.
"Nothing yet ,"his friend replied ,"bestie , imagine I will be going to a vocation with my grandparents and sisters this coming school holiday ,"John informed his friend , Jayden suddenly become jealous ,he didn't even text him back . John waited for his reply until he fall asleep still holding his phone.
Beatrice was in her room thinking about the vocation , although she didn't call her friend like her brother has done ,she really wanted to know the destination but she decided to wait ,she was fond of suprises,she couldn't fall asleep ,she kept tossing and turning on the bed.
Beatrice found herself thinking about the things she was supposed to take once they left for the vocation , when she realized that she was thinking too much , she decided to sleep but sleep wasn't forthcoming , she took her phone and decided to play with it until she caught some sleep.
Beatrice slept few minutes after midnight and like her brother she slept with her phone on her hand,she would be surprised in the morning to discover that she slept holding her phone.
Stephanie as well was thinking about the vocation,she was very curious to know the destination that her grandparents would be taking them for a vocation that she decided to text her grandmother and try finding out the destination.
"Grandma ,are you already asleep?"she texted her grandmother,"no why ?"her grandmother replied ,"grandma ,I want to ask you something and you shouldn't tell grandpa,"she texted , Pauline and Patrick has just arrived at their house and were about to go to bed when Pauline received her granddaughter's text.
When she received the text, she immediately showed it to her husband , they all guessed that Stephanie wanted to ask about the vocation destination , Patrick couldn't help when he read the text that her granddaughter sent his wife asking her not to tell him that she texted.
"Okay dear , I won't tell him a thing ,"Pauline promised ,"grandma , can you please tell me where the both of you will be taking us for the vocation,I promise that I won't tell anyone,"Stephanie requested,"dear your grandfather said that it was a suprise ,it won't be a surprise anymore if I tell you ,"Pauline replied.
"Don't be like that grandma , tell me please!"Stephanie pleaded with her ,"am not telling you anything , you should wait until we take you and your siblings there but if you can't wait you can as well ask your grandfather,"Pauline answered , Stephanie didn't see any need of asking her anymore ,she was sure that she wasn't going to find anything.
She was sure that her grandmother was going to saw her grandfather the chat , that's if she hasn't already shown him,she made a mental note to get back at her when she had a chance, unlike Beatrice and John who slept holding their phones , Stephanie throw her phone away and slept.
