As Edric continued to pummel Leid, Miss Irene didn't even bother stopping them. Seeing this Sophie wanted to interfere.
"Don't bother"
I told Sophie, it looked like Luna wanted to stop Sophie as well as she had grabbed her shoulder. I continued
"If Edric didn't start beating him up, Ruby would have most definitely paralysis him for life."
Hearing me Sophie had realised what had actually happened and decided to ignore poor Leid getting beat up. Everyone just ignored the commotion and continued with their training.
Soon class ended and I was on my way to my room when I suddenly received a call from my mother.
[Hello Mom, why did you call me?]
[Alan, are you doing fine]
[Yes, I am. If you called me to get my news only then I'm going to hang up now]
[I see, it's a relieve that you are fine, but I have another thing to tell you as well. You see, Vanessa was injured and was sent to the hospital, and I found out that the hospital is near your academy so go visit her]
[Do I really have to?]
[Yes. Bring her a basket of fruits as well, it will help her recover faster, I will send you some money. And do a hologram call when you reach the hospital. I need prove that you actually visited her]
[Fine...]
Since I couldn't argue with her, I decided to give in and visit Vanessa. I decided to visit the market first to buy her some fruit as mother suggested before going to the hospital.

-In a room at the hospital
"Ahhhh. I know that I said I was going to respect his privacy and not dig too much into it, but I still want to find out who he was. At least I want to thank him properly even if he doesn't want any compensation. At least he could have told me his name"
Vanessa was annoyed she just couldn't help but wanting to at least repay the favor. She was the type that didn't like to owe someone anything.
"Calm down. You said that he was familiar maybe, maybe it was someone that you know, and he owe you something."
Luna tried to calm his sister down but was unsuccessful. As they continued talking they heard a knock on the door.
"I'm entering"
It was Alan who entered the room with a basket full of fruits in his hand.
"Oh, if it isn't little Alan"
"Can you please not call me that"
I put the basket on the table next to her bed and leaned against the wall. And said while figuring out how to use a hologram call
"I heard what happened. A damsel in distress saved by her prince charming"
"ugh. Don't say it like that it gives me shivers. So, what are you doing here? You are the last person I expected to come and see me"
"My mom told me to come and see a sickly and injured person, but all I see a damsel who prince ran away after saving her."
"I going to tell Mrs Rosa that you didn't visit me and you're gonna get nagged"
"Well too late cuz I figured out how to do a hologram call"
The two of us continued bickering ignoring Luna's existence. Soon the call went through and a hologram of my mother appeared before us.
[Vanessa are you okay. I heard you were injured. Sorry I couldn't come there in person]
"Don't worry Mrs Rosa, as you can see, I'm fine and very energetic"
[Thanks God you're fine...]
My mother and Vanessa kept talking for a while and even talk to Luna asking how she is doing and stuff. The three of them continued talking ignoring me. Meanwhile I was getting sleepy. When I saw that they were about to finish my eye shined brightly.
"Next time get their device number mom, it will be easy for you to communicate"
'And I won't have to come as a messenger'
Soon the call ended, and I left the room and headed to the academy on my own as Luna wanted to stay longer with her sister not that I minded it, in fact I was glad that she didn't came along with me. It would have been awkward situation.
Soon I've arrived at the academy. Instead of going back to my room I decided to go and train some more before returning.

-The next day
After my morning training, I decided to go to the cafeteria to get something for breakfast before going to class. Once I've arrived to my class I realised that it was once again empty.
'Why am I always the first one'
I sat down on my seat and decided to take a nap. Soon I woke to some noise like someone was getting beat up. I saw Sophie who was in the seat in front of me staring somewhere, after looking at the direction that she was staring at I saw Leid getting beat up by some bullies. When Sophie was about to interfere, I stopped her
"Don't bother"
"Why are you stopping me. I thought that you of all people wouldn't stand bulling. Why don't you go back to sleep if you are not going to stopped them."
"I stopped you cuz you were gonna create a mess. I was going to stop them using a more rational method"
"STOP ANNOYING ME OR I'LL BEAT YOU GUYS TWICE AS MUCH AS YOU"VE BEATEN THAT GUY!"
I said releasing my aura. All three of them were terrified and immediately went back to their seat leaving Leid alone.
'I shouldn't interfere too much else he might not awaken his system'
"See that was a better option than beating them up isn't it?"
she ignored me and turned her head away. I could see her ears turning red from embarrassment.
Soon the class slowly filled up and both of our teachers entered the class.
"In two weeks 'time you are going to have a practical group test. Each of you will each be in a group of 4. The member will be picked by a draw. Each team will be given a different assignment that they will need to complete. Each member will get points depending on their contribution to the team. I wish you all good luck"
'So the first test finally begins'
