Havok was sitting in the middle of a public restaurant. It was extremely popular, so it was packed with rankers of various races and clans. A few tables away Grant and Leona were sitting across from each other. They were ordering food and drinks just like Havok and Karoline were.
Havok could clearly see that Karoline ignored the business part of their message. A beaming smile lingered on her face ever since she arrived. He was not one to get nervous, but this conversation had him on edge.
Although he agreed with Leona and Grant that this woman needed to quit stalking him and move on with her life, he was not sure if his words were going to get through to her.
Her eyes continued to stare at his face as she ate her meal.
"So, Karoline, we need to talk." He paused to make sure that he got her full attention.
"Sure, what's going on?" She asked with a genuine, but creepy smile.
