Ward was also receiving the same news that the rulers of Freedom City were. The only factions that sent rankers to the mine were Cycle, obviously. Hammer, which was the faction that represented the Blacksmith's and Strong Front, who was a collection of Warrior based groups in Ward.
Strong Front did not operate like the other factions. They were more of a collective than they were a united group like the other professions. Think of Strong Front as the brand name and the various Warrior groups as the numerous variations of the same product. The only reason that Strong Front was even formed was to bring the Warriors together in case one of the other factions decided to make a move on Ward.
It was a much more democratic group than the others. It did not have a singular leader that spoke for all of them. Instead the stronger groups and rankers of Strong Front came together to discuss important topics and then they would vote on how to handle whatever the problem was.
